We went to watch the match there today. Great place, excellent food, super server and fast service. Turned up the heat because it was cold in there and switched the tv channels to the football match we wanted to see. No complaints. We'll be back tomorrow! ��

We have been a few times - most recently on Tuesday for my birthday. Excellent service. Excellent food. My parents are coming to visit from out of town this weekend and I just called to see about a reservation. The gentleman on the phone was super courteous and offered a reservation for us even though they don't normally take reservations on Fridays! Wow! I can't wait to go tonight and show my parents this little gem!

The manager is such a wonderful amazing genuine kind hearted lady. The servers go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience. The food is fantastic the atmosphere is comforting. Definitely reccomend Elephant & Castle 100% over and over! Thank you

The food was amazing, my boyfriend and I decided to try somewhere new for our date night and we were so happy when we left !

I believe our server was Randi? And I just want to give her a shout out because she was the most amazing server ever ! So attentive, and quick!

Just ate at E&C for the first time. Had the pretzels and they were the best. Then my Yorkshire and roast beef came. Amazing. Waitress was fantastic as well. Really enjoyed the experience. Look forward to returning soon. Keep up the great work!

New bartender is "too busy" to put the hockey game on. I don't get it?

The food tasted great, the service was good, the atmosphere was wonderful. They got every English detail right down to the Loo. My only complaint would be that the server had two mistakes that seemed pretty simple to avoid, First my daughter order the Bangers and Mash but the server brought out Chicken Tenders. She fixed it but by the time my daughter's proper order came out our food was more cold and stale then hot and fresh. Second she didn't pay attention to detail and brought my son the wrong drink, her explication for it was the ordering button was hard to read the difference between Root Beer and Ginger Beer.



And one more thing that is more of an observation then a complaint, we could not find on any menu a list of kid friendly drinks so we had to order blindly for our kids, but the adults drinks were super easy to find. Maybe that could be changed if the managers/owners see this?

Wing night moved to Sun/Mon? $19 bucks for two pints of beer? Service a touch on the slow side food quality seems to be slipping a touch...will give it another shot but we’ll see.

Rode our bikes there yesterday and were the first group seated on the patio. The server was fantastic the whole time we were there. Once her shift was up, it was a different story. We cashed out with our server around 2:15 (our receipts said 2:08) and we proceed to wait more than an hour to get additional service and none came. In fact, additional guests were seated and still no server came. So we gave up and left, disappointed and thirsty...

Hostess service could be desired, kitchen service was quick, bartender was prompt and thumbs up to his service 👍 Food is typical of any bar. Draught beer selection is alright. I'll say a good place to drop in for an couple hours. Not a sports bar. Definitely a suburbanite gathering place.

First time we'd ever been there. Love the layout and how many tvs there were to watch the game. Asked for calamari without red sauce and with tzatziki, got the complete opposite. I think if we only had one person serving instead of three girls it would have been better. Also had a bachelor party walk in and try to trade my bra (that I was physically wearing) for $100 and they would pay for our meal...kinda awkward lol but very polite individuals. As for the meals themselves, my fiancé got the steak, said it was super tender. The jalapeño mac n cheese was pretty good too.

Been there twice, food was okay both times. Was pretty loud and service was okay, nothing special. Pricing was fair for the food I got - though it took me a while to decide what to have because the menu wasn't very exciting. Wouldn't go back on my own, but don't mind going with a group.

The first time I had the food I ordered delivery and they showed up with the most delicious, turkey & bacon filled club sandwich and the most perfect ceaser salad on the side..

Two days ago I ordered from this place again hoping to have the same experience as the first time however I wasn't so lucky. I was very surprised to open my sandwich to first find no bacon, which honestly was enough for me because when you pay 30 bucks a meal and leave a tip you expect the food to be half decent. To keep going, I got a ceaser salad on the side again this time the salad had no shredded cheese and only a small bit of bacon in huge chunks which were hard to eat. Some of the lettuce was very brown and mostly end pieces, as a cook I know I wouldn't send food out looking like this and missing half the toppings on both items.

Lastly, I also had deep fried pickles ordered as well, I was surprised to see the large portion however only half of each pickle was edible the rest was burnt and had spent to much time in the deep fryer, not impressed.

I called that night to complain (which I never do because I'm a cook myself I realize you get busy but this was just awful and honestly quite costly, but usually worth it..) I spoke to someone who told me there was nothing she could do but take my number and name and leave it for a manager to call me the next day. Two days later and I havent Recieved a call from anyone.

Honestly I'm just disappointed that I haven't heard from anyone because they make the best club sandwich in town and now I'm most likely going to switch restaurants. :(

First the chicken was so small at first I didn’t even think it was on the bun second it wasn’t seasoned in jerk seasoning and when I pointed it out the server went back with my plate. When he served it to me again it had a hot relish like sauce on it but no jerk seasoning. The funny part to all of it was that he knew it was wrong and never asked if it was better. So disappointed �

Came for a meal shortly after you opened, enjoyed it and the staff and bartender were very friendly and helpful. The last two times, not so much. The bartender was very smarmy and has an attitude and it wasn't as friendly or the food as enjoyable. With all the choices out there now, not sure I will be back.

Will not be back came here for family lunch ordered the Cesar salad with salmon. Spent the entire afternoon being sick only had toast for breakfast so was definitely the food their. Let down is an understatement.

We walked in excited to try out some drinks and appetizers. It appeared to be quite busy, so we stood to the side to wait for a hostess to seat us. We waited for 5 minutes, no one acknowledged us. We then saw a hostess cleaning off a table, she looked at us and continued cleaning off the table. Another couple walked in, and she immediately came over and seated them, again, without acknowledging us. After this, we just walked right back out. Very disappointed with our first impression of the restaurant, and because of this will not go back.
