Elizabeth Josar is thrilled to assist people who come into her treatment room who want to be pain-free and get back to their normal or improve their performance. Graduating from her 2200 hour training in remedial massage therapy in 2011 at M. H. Vicars school of Remedial Massage Therapy only made her want to know more. Since then she continues to show great passion in learning new techniques and modalities to better help her clients gain the results they want. She has taken training in the Kinesio-Taping Method™ and Cupping massage in 2014 and is proud to offer those modailities in her treatment room.
