Visited the Empress yesterday and had the best chilli ever. The staff are really great and upbeat.

I highly recommend the Empress Cafe for food and drink.

This wonderful coffee/lunch/snack/dessert shop is worth driving many miles to visit, it's absolutely top notch in every way, everything you'd want in a coffee shop and more. Walking in here is the complete opposite feeling from walking in a chain restaurant - it feels like you've been invited into a friend's home more than a business - Stellar service, stellar food and drink, stellar atmosphere!

I used to wish for a Tim Hortons in our little town...since this place opened, I hope they never come here, thanks to Empress!

The friendliest staff, fantastic service and amazing food and drink! It's always a pleasureable experience, I go in just about everyday and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon. My favorite spot in town for sure �

The caramel macchiatos are the BEST!!! And the grilled cheese panini!! Yummy!!

I love going to the Empress with my kids. Not only are my kids allowed to be kids there, they are treated as an important customer who matters to the staff. I feel that your staff have gone out of their way to make mine and my kids experience a great one. Thanks for all of your work. As long as you are there my kids and I will keep coming.

Fantastic coffee (gingerbread lattes !!!) The employees are friendly and always have a smile. The hot chocolate is amazing and when I took my daughter there for part of our girls day, she loved the hot chocolate and they made it not too hot just for her.!!! A great place to relax and take a break in between shopping and doing errands. We make sure we save time in our schedule to stop and have a java. !!!
