End Of The Roll

We have had three separate flooring installations over the period of a few years, and each was characterized by strong value, efficiency, quality work and very friendly service. We are impressed with this fine store.

Recently had new Luxury Vinyl Plank and carpet installed and I LOVE it. The whole process was made easy from the moment I walked in the door, to measuring and installation. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional. I would gladly recommend this End of the Roll store to anyone looking for new flooring.

I had placed a special order for some carpet and unfortunately, ended up measuring incorrectly. When the installer came to finish the job he discovered that there was not enough carpet to do the job appropriately. I agreed the error was mine and went to the store to see what could be done. Aaron the manager was very understanding and allowed me to choose a similar carpet at no charge and said that they would sell my ordered carpet as a roll end. In addition, the installer was able to come back within 1 hour with the new carpet and completed the job very efficiently. Kudos to Aaron and Kevin the installer for making my day a much better one than it started out to be.

Aaron at End of the Roll was very helpful in helping me select the Vinyl Plank, accessories and material for patching an existing Sheet Vinyl floor.
He helped with arranging an installer and made sure that all the materials were delivered to the site on time. The installer did a nice job of installing the patched floor, in a timely manner. The laminate floor was installed by my own installer and when an unopened box was left over, they took the box back and gave me a refund. The service provided was invaluable and impressive.

The staff at End of the Roll- West Edmonton are fabulous. My mother had some vinyl tile flooring installed and there was some concerns with the installation of the product. We talked our concerns over with Aaron and his staff and they were great. They reinstalled the flooring and it looks fabulous! The difference between a good company and a great company is how the deal with customers when things don't go just right. The staff at the End of the Roll - West Edmonton care deeply that their customers are satisfied with their experience and their flooring.

Was extremely disappointed! Walked in about 30 minutes before closing to look at vinyl flooring' was walking around for a few minutes before a female employee came out from the back and asked if we were looking for anything specific, I replied that we were looking for the vinyl flooring and she pointed to where the different types were and walked away. We proceeded to look at all the different vinyl flooring for 10 minutes to have absolutely NO ASSISTANCE because standing behind the counter 50 feet away was more important than helping us. As we were walking out of the store about 10 feet from the door the female employee yelled to us from the counter ' did you find everything you were looking for?'
Guess what End of the Roll ....... your service was a joke and when your employees take customers seriously irregarless the time they walk in.... that's when I might consider buying something from you ... until then be ashamed of your customer service
