Had gone in to get my lashes done by Jen was very professional and would highly recommend any of my friends and family to visit her clinic she had answer all my questions about skin care and was very knowledgeable. I can't wait to get my lashes done again.

I have been going to Enlighten Laser since I started noticing sun spots on my face. I bought a package of photo facials and am in love with the results. Both Jen and Shari are awesome at what they do. I will definitely be doing more treatments in the future.

I don't usually write reviews, but after having such a great experience at this place I had to post.

I came in for my appointment for laser hair removal, I had 6 treatments at a different clinic with no results but I was willing to try again. I did my consultation with Jennifer, she was very welcoming and friendly. She explained the whole process to me in detail. She answered all of my questions and she really knew her stuff. I even got a second area for 50% off that day.

After my first appointment I can't believe the results already! Im very happy :)

Jen has been my "Lash Lady" for over a year now. I always go to her before a night out with the boyfriend😊
She is very professional, and open and welcoming at the same time.
Her clinic is always clean, I never have to worry about sanitary issues.

I purchased a Living Social deal for this place and it was not worth the discount. It was difficult to get ahold of anyone in the first place to book an appointment, so I booked my second visit on site immediately after the first. Showed up for my second visit and no one was there. I'm guessing the business number is a cell number because I called from the building, left a message, and received a call back right away. I was treated liked I was an inconvenience for being there for an appointment that I booked the time before. I was told that I wasn't booked in, and their "policy" is an email and text reminder to verify the appointment. How was I supposed to know their "policy" only having been there once before, and not informed of it? I also booked back for my second IPL photofacial 4 weeks later, as I was initially told they were supposed to be 4-6 weeks apart. The owner said no way, it had to be at least 6 weeks, while the tech that did my facial and the living social deal said 4-6 weeks apart. When I finally did go for my second treatment I had to sit and wait while they looked for my paper work, and answer a bunch of questions that I already did because they couldn't find where it was put. Apparently the person who did my first treatment and booked me in for my second was no longer with the company, and the appointment confusion and lack of paper work was put on her. I showed up for my third visit, and it was yet another new person doing my IPL, and I had to go through everything again. The last treatment lasted less than half the time as the other two. I had no face flushing or "coffee ground" spots that I had the times before. It was like nothing was even done, I had no changes what so ever. It was all very unorganized and the time and hassle was not worth the discount. I'm not seeing a difference with my skin either. Yes, 6 treatments are recommended, so shouldn't I be at least half way there after three?
