Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The most caring people. Best experiences all the time. They even called me today just to find out how my driving experience is with the car that I am renting.

I had a terrible experience at Discount rental. I had made a reservation through them and when I had taken a shuttle over to pick up my car, nobody was there. After calling numerous times, I gave up, and ended up walking over to Enterprise to see if I was able to get a car through them without a reservation. They were extremely helpful and I appreciated them getting me set up so quickly with a rental. I would definitely use enterprise again in the future!

Very friendly service here. Fast pick up and drop off of the rental car, and when I dropped the car off they ordered an Uber for me to get home! Will for sure rent there again. Helps that the website is also easy to use.

Great experience there over the last week. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Gave me a free upgrade for my car, helped switch billing details so insurance would pick up the tab and had me on the road quickly.

Everything was great with the rental vehicle and service until after I had paid. Then there was absolutely no customer service what so ever. In fact it seemed like customer avoidance. The original reservation wasn't made in my name or account but when we picked up the vehicle it was supposedly corrected. I was assured that my account would be used as I was the primary and only driver for the rental. Never got the points because the reservation showed the old name even though my contract had my name. When I asked for the correction no one would assist in either the branch or on-line.

It depends exactly who you get but so far all staff have being friendly. Some just push insurance and other things more than others. Try to avoid Sunday afternoon (4-5) and Saturday morning (9-10) as they are busy

Got what we needed, including a lift. Friendly. Took a while in the office.

Joshua Jacob is a scam artist. Be extremely careful if he still works. Should be fired immediately.

Do not rent a car from this location unless you have too. If you can, go to the Royal Oak location 10 minutes away.

We've used them 3-4 times over the past couple of years. Service has always been helpful and cheerful. No complaints about any of our recent experiences.
