Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I was warned that renting a car would be a total rip-off but I had a good experience at enterprise. Nestille was very accommodating and friendly. She even managed to find us a discount. I haven't been charged for anything extra since then and I am quite pleased. I will definitely rent from here again if I need to make another long trip.

I had a great experience with Aaron. He was extremely helpful and attentive to our rental needs. The car we rented occasionally had issues with the acceleration. Due to us reporting the problem, Aaron felt that the company did not meet the expected standards of Enterprise. As such, he gave us a $50 discount (that we didn't ask for). Aaron was also very helpful in giving us pointers on places we were going.

I had a unique situation while trying to rent a car for a couple of days. The staff here was very understanding, and provided exceptional customer service to accommodate my circumstances. I will surely rent from them again. Car was clean and well maintained, while the location is easy to access for car pickup and drop off.

I had a fantastic rental car experience with this location. All the employees are nice and helpful. It took maybe 10 minutes to get the car and I was on my way! When I returned it, they helped me get back to my hotel and I was done then within 20 minutes! We left our passports in the glove box and they promptly called me and my hotel to make sure we got them. They brought them to the hotel for us, so amazing! LOVE LOVE LOVE this Enterprise!

Super friendly service at this location! We enjoyed our Camry for the week. They even offered us shuttle service back home after returning the car. Would definitely return here again.

Not the best. I think I would go elsewhere next time. I had pre-booked an economy car . They knew the exact date and time I would pick up the car. When I arrived they said there was no economy or small sized car. I would have to take a full sized car. This was not the best as we have a small parking garage space.
I confirmed that I would be charged the economy car price. Although my insurance company was paying for the car, I did not want them to pay extra because Enterprise did not have the correct sized car. The Enterprise agent said they would not charge extra. He stated everything in the rental would be covered by my insurance.
When I returned the car, I discovered I was charged for a small sized car not an economy car. This amounted the an extra $3.00 per day. Then the agent wanted to charge me for an quarter tank of gas because when I picked up the car the tank was full. I reiterated what I had asked and what he had told me when I picked up the car. I told him I had no intention of paying for gas as he had specifically stated everything was covered. He agreed to the gas but he still charged my insurance for a larger car than I had booked.

This is simply the best rental agency I have ever dealt with anywhere. The staff are super friendly and incredibly helpful. The number of times I have tried to book a car late and the manager (Andy) has bent over backwards to help me cannot be overstated. Seriously, these guys have no equal.

Great staff, great service. Have used this specific location four times in the last year and always get fantastic prices and options. Mila is super friendly and helpful; a beam of beautiful sunshine. Totally recommend this location.

They are very friendly and always do something to make your experience better. I like all of them. Though, I feel, they are little expensive but it is totally worth it and I love their App.

Arriving in Calgary it was so easy to find the Enterprise. Reaching the front desk we were greeted by Brian, who couldn't have been more helpful and friendly! The entire process was extremely easy, and the entire staff did an outstanding job. Arriving in another country can sometimes be stressful, but our first encounter with Enterprise really got us off on the right foot for our trip. Thank you!

Definitely recommend renting from this location. Customer service is superb, and they definitely go beyond the 'corporate' feel of many rental companies. Never have I left feeling like I got anything other than what I expected.
