Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The exterior of the cars I am getting aren't clean and there's always an excuse as to why it cannot be. On one instance a manager attempted to compensate me with a discounted rental for future use; however, the discount code was literally the same price as their regular rates. I really couldn't be bothered to contact them again and it would seem that Enterprise couldn't be either. Aside from the questionable condition of the exterior of the vehicles I receive, the most frustrating issue I have is that I usually have to call two to three times to get a receipt after I return the rental. Apparently one cannot be printed when I return the car and the first call afterwards seems to go beyond their ability of good customer service.

If there was an alternative rental car company in the area, I would definitely take my business there; however, that's not the case and I am stuck using these guys.

On a positive note, most of the staff are fairly friendly and this location offers pick up and drop offs.

Great/friendly service. Good vehicles. Used them a few times when my vehicle has been in the shop. Just make sure they thoroughly record any previous wear and tear before you take the vehicle out.

What a great rental car place with awesome service. My GF and I came to rent a car from here and they were super friendly and had a couple of cars to select from. Inspection upon receiving the car and return were quick and easy. We had even filled gas up to a level slightly more than when we received the car and we were given a credit of a few dollars for it! Best part was there was no additional cost to add a second driver like many other rental car agencies. Highly recommend them.

These guys are FANTASTIC! I had my truck in for body work due to vandalism and the initial service was great. They picked me and dropped me off at work, then brought me the rental vehicle. I had family flying in so I requested a different vehicle. They got me into a premium rental for no extra charge. Service was great, highly recommended! I will be sending my customers (Advantage Ford) their way as much as possible.

Fantastic customer service, right from the get go over the phone reserving the car that I wanted.

I was given a great rate, so I left the house and headed to pick up my rental before closing on Saturday.

Upon arrival I was greeted by a couple of people, which was nice. Right away I was asked a couple of questions in order to pull up my reservation, and then I was asked what type of car I had wanted.

I mentioned the reservation is for a Chevrolet Malibu, or similar. But I had a couple in mind, I checked out a similar car and didn’t really like it (also I was using the rental for a small road trip, with my mother and she just had knee replacement surgery about 3 months ago so we needed something that would accommodate her comfort needs as well.

I was given the option to check out a couple of other vehicles that were available to me. The Hyundai Tucson & The Ford Escape were my top picks. I really liked them both, but went with the Escape.

I was told that if there were any other issues with the rental, that my mom wasn’t comfortable with it or anything I could bring it back for something else no questions asked.

I would recommend this enterprise location, I live about 15 minutes away and the Fish Creek one is certainly closer, but Again, the Customer Service at the Douglasdale location is outstanding . I will continue to use this location for any rental needs in the future.
