Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Over the past 24 years I have traveled extensively across most of the USA and parts of Canada and have rented hundreds of vehicles. Each time I come to the Fish Creek Enterprise I am reminded that this is my favorite place in North America to rent a vehicle. The staff are super friendly and very accommodating. I cannot imagine renting from anyone else in Calgary.

Amazing service. Their staff are so helpful. I was going to order an Uber and they asked me where I needed to go. They told me I can return the car at the Airport location and would waive the fee. Very impressed and would recommend to family and friends.

One of the best rental experiences I ever had. I did a road trip with my father, in US; since it was his first time there, I wanted an American classic, like a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I reserved it - but, as it sometimes happens, it was not available and I was offered a similar SUV.

The guys at this office did everything they could and found a Grand Cherokee for me. That meant I had to drive to a different rental office; they gave me another vehicle for that drive, too. It was fantastic, I was very happy, and my father loved the trip.

Guys are great. First day i reserved one car, when i came, it was not available, but we found a replacement. When i came to return the car, they gave me discount. Big thank you fellas!

This Enterprise location supplied an insurance replacement vehicle for me and gave me a great rate after the insurance coverage ran out. They also allowed me to drop the vehicle off in Sherwood Park when I purchased a car up there, with no extra charges. Really great people to deal with.

I've been using this Enterprise location for at least six minivan vehicles over the last six months, as well as an insurance replacement when our vehicle was hit by someone last winter. Not one issue to report to date. Requested vehicle type has always been available, sometimes got a choice of vehicles. Accidentally over-booked a mini-van for a weekend in December 2016. Received a courtesy call on pickup date but wasn't able to respond until the Tuesday following. Pleased to say that they did not bill me for the booking, the discretion is appreciated. Will continue to use this location in the future.
