Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Very useful agents, car made available for rental was a great selection for winter even though it was an intermediate. Fast service too! Also got an email with useful information shortly after renting which I appreciated. Will rent again.

As someone who is in and out of Canada frequently, I have rented from Enterprise several times and always had good service. This time I first rented from the Calgary airport on arrival and a few days later, they then assisted in arranging a rental with Calgary Bowness branch. That branch picked me up, extended my rental when I needed another day and then arranged for me to drop the vehicle at another location. I went to the wrong location, Forest Lawn instead of downtown, and it was almost closing. However, without any problem the manager received the car and arranged for me to be dropped off. The manager was very friendly, respectful and accommodating.
I really feel Enterprise responds to the needs of each individual customer and highly recommend them. Thanks Enterprise, Colleen

Enterprise is great - fairly priced and good service. I especially like the email follow-up by managers. We also rented a Nissan Altima, a great rental car for long trips. We drove ~1500 km in Alberta and BC, and got about 40 MPG overall.

Very pleasant experience. Rental facility is at the airport itself (no shuttle) Upgraded to a brand new Audi A4 because of our honeymoon. Prices were as booked with expedia - no surprises. No overselling of insurance or extras. Quick process. Employee inspected car with me to look for damages, caught a dent in windshield I missed. Made it very clear what would constitute wear and tear and what would constitute damage. Got signed agreement. Drove off. Whole experience: half an hour max. Return was painless and done as well. (Although this was in Edmonton for us). Overall one of the best car rental experiences I've ever had.

Rented from Enterprise for 180 days and with points earned only 3 free rental car days.

Requested a Premium car, and since it's always the case they didn't have the model I requested and they gave me a small Hyundai SUV.

Wasted all my points for a lesser model level, but I'm glad won't be using Enterprise for future rentals.

I'll continue using National car rental since I'm really satisfied with their car options and customer service.

I was in a rush - both picking up and dropping off. This was the best rental car experience I have ever had. They were expecting me based on my online reservation. No lines, I had my keys and my car and was on my way in under 10 minutes. The car was clean and in good condition. They did not spend a lot of time trying to sell me insurances and other things that I did not need but they offered me a GPS rental which I declined. Paperless sign out on a tablet.
The return was equally effortless. I returned the vehicle with a full tank of gas and the walk around and printing of my receipt was done in minutes. Someone even came and asked me about my rental car experience with Enterprise. I have rented a lot of cars and this was my best rental experience ever - well done Enterprise team.

We rented a car here during a recent visit from the States, and the service was excellent. After dropping off the vehicle and passing through U.S. security at the airport, we discovered that we had left a phone in the car. We called the desk at the Enterprise location, and they found the phone and sent it back to us, in the States, by FedEx. This was a life saver, and very much appreciated. Thank you.

I've never had a bad experience with enterprise. And the last experience I had with them in Banff, Canada is no surprise either. Fast turn around time. Great service. The van I had took on all the snow like a champ! Enterprise, you have a loyal customer right here.
