Needed to pick up a rental car recently. Good enough experience ... but I found they wanted to REALLY check the car out for scratches, etc. Staff person just being diligent ... but no need to be moronic.

As well is company took unauthorized money from my credit card that i just found out they took without my knowledge worst company ever and total frauds this company is a total scam i rent ed a car from them while my car was being fixed and their was a rock chip in the windshield that was there before i drove the car off the lot and they are know holding me responsible for this damage. I never did it and they are making me pay for it. I will never ever use this company ever again.the employees are liars and they just want money that is it. plus the rock chip was so small and they say they have to replace the whole windshield but all they have to do it repair the tiny chip. but the rock chip was totally there before i left the lot.

My past experiences with Enterprise or any car rental offices for that matter haven't always been great, However at this location I was treated exceptionally well, they accommodated my needs and were very welcoming when I arrived, never have I experienced such great customer service from a car rental business. The Assistant manager and her team were friendly and great to work with, I will continue to come to this location and will recommend any one else to this office.

Great service, called and got a car within the hour of when I needed. Was able to drop at the downtown location for no extra fees. They followed up by phone after I dropped it downtown ot ensure everything went well.
