Every member of the staff at this location was beyond friendly, accommodating and professional with their customer service. The pick up service is a definite plus for choosing this rental company and they also drove me to the auto repair shop to pick up my car. They took time to explain terms of the rental before I signed anything as well. Definite recommendation to use this company and this specific location for service.

This place is a great model of amazing customer service! Not only was I offered to get picked up but dropped off as well upon returning my rental! I even had a question about my deposit refund that I asked on the website it was answered the next business day and I was refunded that day! Not only that but above and beyond was reached when both times I walked in I was greeted immediately and helped with a smile and good conversation. Highly recommend !
