Always a good experience. They now do overnight dropoff, which is a great convenience to have back.

Thank you for picking us up from the airport and a great little car to boot around in for the next two weeks :)

Very unfriendly management and slow service. Had a dispute after returning the vehicle and was treated poorly. Will never rent a car from this company.

Do not trust these people. Rented a car for a week and hardly drove the vehicle. When we brought the vehicle back by some miracle a dent the size of a golf ball appeared on the front right, above the tire (wished me and my girlfriend had been with the manager as he did the inspection). Cannot stress more how much this was not us. No sympathy and no help, all they wanted was our money. The manager estimated that it would be around $200 for the small dent which had no paint damage. At the time we thought this was absurd. When we were driving back with another member of staff, we pleaded and asked if there was any way to get it fixed for as cheap as it could be e.g. cheaper garages... She of course went along with it, pretending to care about our money situation. Next time we are contacted it's $405 dollars for a dent (we didn't do) that could've been fixed with boiling water and a plunger. So much for $200 and so much for going with a cheaper garage. No sympathy, I expect very little effort to look for 'cheaper' garages and resistance when we asked to see a break down of the garage bill. I cannot stress to people how much you should not go here. Whether it be the ethos of the company Enterprise itself or the manager (Norberto) and the staff of this location just being simply unpleasant people, we will never go back to Enterprise ever again and I implore people to look at other car rental companies. I've had great experiences with Hertz... If I could give them zero stars I would, unfortunately one is the lowest review. Stay away.

I have rented from this location multiple times and the service has always been amazing. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and go above and beyond in accommodating me as a customer.

Only one guy behind the counter. A few people in the lobby and a phone that rang non-stop. Still the young man behind the counter remained calm and courtious. Professional and fast.

So friendly and accommodating.
