Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This was my third time renting a vehicle from this location. I got a compact vehicle with the understanding that it is a smaller vehicle that wouldn't have the capability of something larger. With that being said, I was still expecting to get a reliable vehicle that can stand albertas winter roads.

The drive on these roads - both highway and residential streets was nothing less than horrid. The tires are not meant for winter driving, even though the manager says otherwise. On top of that the windshield washer fluid was not topped up and I ran out making visibility awful.

When I returned the car, I spoke to the manager and expressed my concerns. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience I had, he made excuses to defend him and Enterprise. He made it out to be my fault because I got a compact car. Even though they refunded me the cost of the rental, The customer service I received was awful and not even an apology was given.

2/3 times I have rented from this location there has been nothing but hassle and no sympathy from the staff themselves.

Was switched to this location after having a reservation at Royal oak because of the proximity to the body shop I was using. They said to come back the next week because of the availability of cars was limited and I was stuck with a vehicle that was double the size of my usual car. Came back the next week and was shrugged off. They said all this cars are damaged and could only offer similar sized cars. Frustrating waste of time. Additionally, the front end of this location is extremely cramped and messy as well. See photos.

I was exceptionally impressed with the professionalism provided by the manager of this branch and how cool he reacted under pressure. My insurance company booked my rental through the wrong office and the manager simply started a new file made arrangements for a pick-up of a vehicle that met my requirements and made it happen. I would recommend this office without hesitation. Great Job!!

awesome team here... got a brand new beautiful Jetta that survived a ton of driving. they listen to your needs and make a few exceptions to accommodate. Enterprise is great at picking the right people for their locations.

This particular location was SO helpful with addressing all of my troubles and concerns. If I could give them 10 stars I would! I've dealt with this particular location on two occasions now and this last very recent time I ended up having to be in a rental for a full month. They were so supportive in helping me deal with my 'slow to correspond' insurance company. I was given the exact car I needed and they even switched out the vehicle when I explained why I wanted something different. In addition, they returned my deposit with NO problem and went above and beyond my insurance coverage to insure I wasn't stuck with a bill.
I was so thankful as they really helped me out. I will never go anywhere else from now on as I am most certain no one will be able to top their attention to detail and tailored customer service.

For work purposes, I rent from the Edmonton Trail NE location on a monthly basis. Initially I chose this site only because it was close to my home. Now though, I refuse to deal with any other location or rental company - either for work or personal rentals.

Each person I have dealt with at Edmonton Trail has always been super friendly, efficient, and the epitome of professional. The staff are fantastic at getting me checked in and out the door as quickly as possible - even during their busy times!

I'm thankful to have found such a solid, dependable, friendly, service-oriented team.

Very good customer service, I would recommend this place to anyone that want to rent a vehicle. The staff is extremely gentle and helpful specially Zeeshan the manager he makes you feel at home, comfortable and polite. Always got all the rental needs from them. The service is beyond your expectation.

Very easy to reserve online. No hassle when I had to change date due to flight delays. Quick and friendly service when we picked up our car. Staff were so helpful, especially with change to drop-off location. Car was great, very comfortable. We always book with Enterprise.
