One star review for very poor customer service specifically from the Manager Adam at this location. I had a confirmed reservation for pickup at my hotel at 8 but they called at 720am telling me they did not have any cars. He didn't offer to help and basically told me there's nothing he can do. I spent an hour calling all rental places around town. I followed up with another manager at the YEG location who said Adam should have been calling around looking for me. She said she spoke to the store and somebody would call back. Nobody did. I had to borrow a car and called the store back asking to speak to Adam - he would not take my call. Usually had ok experiences but beware if you book from this location management will leave you high and dry when things go bad, not follow through on promises and avoid you when you follow up.

Terrible service.

I Was sent to pickup a rental payed for by the dealership as they are fixing my vehicle and they do not use "loner cars" anymore. It was a week of warranty repair and I couldn't be left without a vehicle.

I get there to pick it up and they want a Credit card or cash deposit for the rental and it was NOT supplied by the dealership *should have been*. Called dealership they stated they don't do that they mearly Pay for the use. I mentioned it's always been waived for me and he can verify at other locations. I know damn well the manager Has the ability to bypass the deposit for customers without credit cards... but he refused to. Wouldn't even call other enterprises to verify my good standing and the fact that they too waited this deposit for me.

This was not my fault for needing this rental and he had no consideration for my situation and didn't do a damn thing to help me out. Didn't even give me a ride home after I was stranded at this rental shop at their closing hours.

Terrible terrible service. Last time I am EVER dealing with this location and I do not suggest anyone to rent from this location if you want a positive experience! I will stick to who I know for proper customer service next time!!

Unfortunate situation happens. But how you deal with it is the key. I had a missed rental at this location. But manager Adam called me and apologize and offered free rental. I returned my one week rental and Adam waved off entire rent. Thanks Adam, great service. 100 % recommend this place.

I was here a few days ago and had trouble renting as my license had expired. The staff were very helpful, and drove me to a registry to help me get my license renewed. Thanks for the great service!

We had to rent a car on short notice when our car started overheating. We went in to this Enterprise without a reservation. They were able to get us into an affordable compact car for a couple days. We didn't know how long we would need it for and that wasn't a problem. They booked it for 2 days and said we could being it back before, or call and let them know if we needed it longer.
The people working there were super friendly. I'd rent from them again.

very helpful I had to use a rental car for several weeks , they were very understanding and helpful ... when i picked up there was only one person in the office so a little crazy but at drop off very smooth, freindly helpful staff
