Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I think this place needs better customer service. They are understaffed more than a busy TimHortons. And people are super stressed working there and Miss communication was rampant. As a customer I do not want to witness this mayhem.

Good service, but make sure only to keep enough credit room on your credit card for the deposit and rental cost. Even if you do not rent the vehicle for an extra day, they'll try to find an excuse to charge you for it and will do it automatically without your consent first.

I had to unexpectedly rent a car on short notice. I was pleasantly surprised that Enterprise made the whole ordeal easier. My pickup driver Nabilla was professional and courteous and prompt on the pick up time which made me on time for work. Will use again.

I've rented multiple cars from these guys in the last year and my favorite feature by far is the "we pick you up". If you're a car rental company and you're not doing that you're seriously dropping the ball. The cars are always clean but I wish they all came with a sunroof. I'll probably rent another one this weekend if I can get a good deal. Pricing is usually reasonable.

Service was super friendly. Very professional. They came to get me at my work and brought me back when I returned the car.

The new manager "Name:sunny" that is in this location is very polite. Very quick service, I was in there and out less then 5 minutes. Also got the car I was looking for.

Enterprise Edmonton, CA has been a great company to rent from and they are always interested in my experience, and improving it. I have been well taken care of!!!

The staff at this location were beyond polite & accommodating! I am from out of province & don't have a major credit card.. They not only waived the secondary driver fee & allowed my brother-in-law to put the deposit on his credit card, but also gave me a free upgrade to a larger veichle. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone. Thank you for making my trip hassle-free.

I wasn't sure what my insurance covered (whether or not it would cover me if I crashed the rental ha). And so Dani said she would cover the $17.00 insurance charge the first day then I would call the next day to either continue it or cancel. I called and cancelled the next day. I was charged the $17.00 and when I called to inquire about why the assistant manager Deanna was very rude. Worst bit of customer service I have ever experienced, her tone was even rude. She said there was no way they could waive that fee and implied she wanted to leave it at that. I told her I believed her however I was told by Dani that she would cover it for the first day. I wanted to say that it is not my fault your employees aren't trained correctly.
