The initial part of my experience was positive. They try to make me feel special saying that they will put me in a vehicle right away as I am an Enterprise Plus customer. However, they did not get me into an appropriate vehicle class despite calling in the morning and wanting to reserve a vehicle. I was just told that there were many vehicles to choose from, which is far from the truth. I had my Lexus NX200t in the body shop and I expected an SUV. I didn't care if it wasn't a premium vehicle but they offered me a Dodge Caravan... they didn't even ask what vehicle I would like. I refuse to drive a soccer mom car and requested a different vehicle. The other staff offered to give me a free upgrade for a large SUV. I was happy with this but I was tricked into getting into a Hyundai Elantra. I was told by this manager that he had a smaller SUV and made me wait another hour. I wasted my afternoon so I thought I would just wait for another day to exchange the vehicle. I called the next day, the front desk informed me that he will have a Manager call me on Thursday or Friday, which of course never happened. Knowing that the other people here got scammed and were asked to pay for scratches, I will take a video of the walk around when I return the vehicle.

I wanted to park in front of their neighbour's business for an appointment I had, with their neighbour. He is about 3 doors businesses away from them. The parking lot was jammed with their rental cars. I saw an employee checking out a returned (?) car with keys in his hands. I asked him, politely, if he was going to move the car, as I need to park, and thought I should park in front of the business I was visiting. Common courtesy, I thought. He tells me that he is not parked in front of the business, even tho he clearly is between the front door and the road. You couldve said that they were reserved for you or a number of things..most of all, you could be pleasant, it really would have made all the difference. I could be writing about how a nice young man went out of his way for me..but no. Your tone/attitudude revealed that this is an ongoing issue, which was confirmed at my meeting. Your own back lot had 0 cars. I counted 7 rentals in front other businesses. I think it's horrible the way you treat your neighbours and their clients. This guy, be him a manager, front counter person or a car detailer, makes 0 difference to me. Thats the face your business has for me now. You can consider both personal and business accounts will go elsewhere.

My first time with enterprise was going smoothly and I was happy with the service up until they tried putting me in a car that smelt like puke and had stains on the seats, so then they put me in another vehicle without doing their inspection which they claim they did 3 times. Well as soon as the previous people who rented the car before me pulled up they did the paper work and signed the car out to me which I did not see anyone out their doing any inspections. The only inspection that was done was by me which the lady had me do. When I returned the car their was the smallest scratch on the bumper and not they are charging me $900 to fix it. It's funny how apparently they do 3 inspections but the only one to notice the scratch was the manager, it's almost as if he knew exactly where to look. So if anyone is going to rent from them I highly recommend you take your phone out and do a thorough inspection while recording it all. Do the tires, undercarriage of the car, bumpers, doors, mirrors, panels, roof, hood, interior, and any little ding or scratch mention it to them before signing any papers so that they can pin anything on you.

My insurance company set me up with Enterprise while my vehicle was being repaired, exceptional customer service, woukd recommend to anyone!
