Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Reserved a truck on the phone showed up told me that they didn’t have a truck and were getting me a ride to another rental company downtown. Asked about price said I would find out when I get there. If there was a difference I could summit the invoice. Why are people incompetent and don’t care anymore.

Guys working there are great, courteous and fast!
Typical enterprise car choices.
My only issue is they seem to miss scratches, windshield cracks, etc. May be they don't care too much, but had to let them know each time I got a car from them

Awful... no one picks up the phone to answer my questions.

Horrible. I waited 45 minutes because my vehicle I booked 2 weeks ago wasn't even cleaned. The manager is extremely rude and I believe he has no clue how to do his job. They have a girl that barely speaks English and she's just as rude. I honestly can't believe they are still in business at this location. HORRIBLE. You've been warned.

Very dissatisfied with this location. Apparently intermediate means so tiny an average height man will have to drive with his head touching the roof. They had no available upgrades either. Be warned if you rent with them. Last time with Enterprise.

Huge shout out to an awesome Enterprise crew at the Grande Prairie Airport! I had an exceptional experience with them and know exactly where I'm going to rent from next time around. Arrived in GP with a confirmed reservation at Avis Budget. No one at the counter when I got off the plane so I figured they must be out on the lot and would be back shortly. After a few minutes, I called their number and was told they were expecting me and would be right there. 20 minutes later I called again - same person told me someone would be along momentarily. After waiting an hour for them and two calls to check, I figured I had done my due diligence and it was time to move on. My new best friends at the Enterprise desk had a nice car ready to go in very short time and even beat the rate I had at Avis. The car worked out great and the return process was quick and easy. Thanks again guys - see you next time for sure!

For a small operation, they always offer great service. Very friendly and helpful. They keep their vehicles in great shape, too. Whenever I travel to that part of the world, I don't even have to think twice about where I'm getting a rental.

Great service! My wife was out of town when we had to return our rental so I didn't have a ride back home. They were a bit slow that day so one of the sales reps drove me home in my rental.
