Said I would receive my car at 12pm, at 11:30 I received a call saying the car would be available at 5pm, so I waited until then, when I arrived at 5pm, they told me that the car is still unavailable and I would have to wait until 6. When 6:00 rolled around, they simply told me that there were no cars left and that I would have to settle for a different type of vehicle...how does any company screw up that badly.

Rented here a few times in the past couple months. Great customer service and helpful staff. The first time they gave me a discount because of a mix up and I had to wait around 20 mins, they second time they gave me a premium car at an economy rate. Will be coming back next time I need a rental.

Very nice experience, great service

Got a flat tire a block from the rental location. No spare tire in the car, no help from enterprise though, I get to cover the cost of tow, repairs etc. Needless to say I will be going elsewhere in the future. Never rented anywhere else in my 18 years of driving.
