Enterprise Rent-A-Car (Permanently Closed)

Really good service. They have a driver to pick you up and bring you to this location so you can get your rental car. This is free! When I brought the rental car back to this location they then offered me a driver to drive me back to where I was going. This was also free!

Absolutely do not rent from this Enterprise location. I rented a car for literally two days, and they claimed a bump that appeared was outside of their tool when it was clearly within it. I disputed this, and they said they would get back to me and never did. They decided to just charge my credit card without even notifying me for the claimed damage.

I have been renting from Enterprise for years, and have never had such a terrible customer service experience. Absolutely stay away from this location now located on 17th Ave!!

Outstanding customer service during pickup and drop off. Were very concerned with making sure my needs were satisfied and did it all with big awesome smiles on. By far the best rental experience I have ever had.
