Entplus+

Referred to Ent plus clinic and the receptionist was really rude and unprofessional. They should close down their business.
**I will NOT recommend to go at this clinic EVER! ***

I was referred to Poelman by my family doctor to have a Cyst removed as it was on my scalp and she could probably do it (due to her experience) without needing to shave my hair etc. Poelman informed me it would not be covered by Alberta Health and I ended up paying $300 only to return to my doctor to find out they would have done it for free and he was extremely surprised to find they charged at all.

I shall not be returning.

Was referred to this clinic to see Polman, waited four months for a 30 second appointment. When I would explain what was going on everything I said ended with her going mhmm and hmmm over and over again. Found it very rude barley looked at anything. When she thought we were done on a last thought she asked if there was anything else I needed so asked a question she pointed to the wall where a poster was and was like use that then left. Will never go back to her. Externally rude.

Receptionist is extremely rude. Cancelled my appointment and went elsewhere.
