It doesn't appear that Envision Auto Sales stock any inventory unless they're in exceptional condition; therefore, you can save yourself a lot of time by buying only the best.

I told myself before that I would never buy a car online without actually seeing it. Since the color and exact model of the car I want is very hard to find, I took the risk of buying from Envision Auto which is far away here in Mississauga. I visited Envision Auto for the first time, based on viewing what were very good quality and volume of pictures of a car I was interested in. Upon arrival, I found the vehicle photos to very accurately depict the vehicle onsite. I wasn't instantly pestered upon arrival, but after it was clear I had a good look Shaun approached, introduced himself and asked if I had any questions about the vehicle. His knowledge and inspection info on the vehicle was extensive and thorough and proved with documents. After a clean test drive I did buy the car. The process to close the deal was easy and frankly I felt very comfortable through the whole process. The company was easy to do business with. 100% satisfied, 5 star rating.

Shaun Ironside was doing his absolute best to give me the information required when asked about the 2015 Lancer SE that I was interested in. He told me what I had to do step by step in order to proceed with the purchase phase for the vehicle.

It is always difficult to deal with someone from over 1,800 kilometers away, but Shaun did what he could to simplify things for me. When the car had arrived in Thunder Bay to the local Mitsubishi dealership, we got the service department to complete a safety check on the vehicle. When I heard back from the service guys, they had mentioned that a fog light lens was damaged and needed replacement in order to pass the safety check.

The entire assembly was going to cost just under $600 to replace, which was a shock to me. The car had already passed a safety in Alberta. When I called up Shaun about this, he took a look at the pictures on the auto trader post he put up and realized that the fog light lens was damaged. He then offered to cover the partial cost for the replacement. I then only had to pay for the labor as well as the safety check. Instead of paying the full $600 for the repair, labor and safety, I only had to pay around $160 for the labor and safety.

Shaun was kind enough to offer this to me when he noticed the damage to the fog light. He could have pointed out that the car is no longer his problem and I would be charged with the full replacement cost. Instead, he offered to make amends by paying the partial cost for me. I really appreciated this. He did over and beyond to make sure that his client was happy about the service and made things considerably less annoying and stressful.

I would definitely recommend Envision Auto Sales and Shaun as someone worthy of doing car trades and purchases from. He was honest, fair and understanding throughout the process.

Nice guy with a good lot. Very honest and transparent. Enough so that I drove 8 hours each way and was not disappointed. Car was exactly as he said. Fair price. Got what I feel is a fair trade value. Would certainly recommend.
