Our experience with Derek was definitely a pleasant one. From the time we walked into the store he greeted us with a smile and immediately asked if he could help us. And help us he did. He listened to what we were looking for and although some of what we wanted to see was not available on the floor he showed us alternatives. In the end he helped us navigate through the picking of the leather we chose as well as the couch and chair. He was able to provide us with some good advice regarding the different grades of the materials for the couches
considering we have children. That we definitely appreciated. In the end we are happy with the choice we made thanks to his help. 👏🏾

We were assisted from the moment we entered the store. Diana was a great help with information on the furniture we looked at and possible fabric choices we might consider. We were never rushed although we checked out a number of fabric samples with the different furniture we considered. In the end the order was written up and reviewed to ensure everything was correct. All questions we had about the furniture, the availability and delivery were answered to our satisfaction. We were very pleased with the service received then and later when we called back about more recent sale prices.

Even though it was a busy day -Diana sort of recognized us with our masks on. She came over and offered her assistance in determining what pieces we needed to order for a new sectional sofa. As well she offered a few feedback comments on the pieces we were looking at ordering and the materials we were considering- very helpful. It is always nice to go into a store and be able to browse without being followed or harassed and also nice to walk in and get the help you need - Thanks for your help!

I walked into this store with the sour taste still fresh in my mouth of a recent disastrous, months-long experience with the Bay that ended with me not having a sofa for almost two months.

In stark contrast, the service I received here was great. Diana, the salesperson, was helpful but not pushy, and she took the time to understand what I was looking for and point me in the right direction. She explained all of my options clearly and was very upfront about return policies and delivery expectations, which I found refreshing and honest. She's also got a great sense of humour.

When my sofa arrived, it fit perfectly, looks great in the space, and is comfortable as hell. I love everything about it.

The only negative thing I could say is the delivery guys showed up a couple of hours late, while I was in the middle of a meeting, and they didn't assemble the legs, but that's a minor concern.

All in all, I'm 100 per cent satisfied with my purchase.

Bought a sofa and ottoman in an incredible blue. Was supposed to take a couple of months but was less than a month. Best surprise ever! Was pretty sure I would like it but far exceeded my expectations. Looks incredible and very comfortable. Diana was awesome as well as the delivery guys. So happy with the service and product.

They dont really know when their items come in stock.
I am waiting for my order for more than 2 months already and still i dont know how long will i be waiting.
They told me the delivery team took all my info for delivery service but it was not true.
They seem dont know anything about their system.

We were assisted by Tiffany. She was extremely helpful and I think to really understand their offering you need to speak to one of their sales staff. Their couches are extremely flexible in terms of arrangement and covering. Essentially everything is made to order within 3 weeks. One added benefit is each arrangement has very helpful pricing/piece one pagers and they let you take samples of fabric available. Overall a great experience and comparing to other medium to high end providers the price was a bit less and they took less than 1/2 the time to deliver.

One final thing Tiffany offered to come to our house, size everything out and bring all the samples for no extra charge. We were wanting a high end sectional and loveseat. It would have cost between $6000-7000, but all the other stores with a 2+ month delivery timeline didn't offer that type of buying assistance.

I'd highly recommend not only EQ3, but working with Tiffany. I'm pretty critical about how informed and helpful the salesperson is and how confident you feel about the decision. I can honestly say we didn't look back after walking through the doors.

Love EQ3! Furniture is fashionable and made in Canada! The service has always been great. We have bought our 2 couches and bed from there and love the quality that we have now bought a dresser and a new sectional. Always a pleasure working with the staff there who are friendly.

Great service and products. Staff really know their stuff and are helpful without being pushy. I visit regularly.

The guy work in the warehouse make me feel super uncomfortable when I came to pick up an order

I received absolutely rude service today. The staff made disparaging remarks about other customers, my mother - for whom I was there picking up an item, and towards me. I was shocked at their attitudes and comments they made. When my mother called the manager to complain he was, in turn, rude to her, and defended his staff without so much as apologizing. I have, in the past, spent a large sum of money on furniture there and so have other friends and family members. This bad service was so shocking because in the past I had always received excellent customer service, and Tiffany was a delight to work with. Due to this recent experience, I will not be shopping at EQ3 again. Your rude attitudes are unacceptable and unwelcome.
