We went to Erickson Nissan wanting to test drive a kicks because our local dealership can’t keep them on the lot. We talked with Sean Sherburene and he was awesome. When he found out we weren’t planning to buy a vehicle from dealership or even in Edmonton he didn’t say a word. He took us out for the test drive and answered all our questions. If we can’t find what we want at our local dealership we will definitely get a hold of Sean. Thanks for everything.

This is one of the best dealerships I've ever been to. I've been dealing with Ericksen Nissan for 5-7 years now and have had 3 vehicles that have been through their shop over the years.

I've never experienced customer service like I do here. Top notch every single time. The staff is amazing to deal with and so incredibly helpful.

I drive all the way across town to go to their shop when I have a Nissan dealership just down the road and it's worth it every time. Really glad I've got such a solid, reliable dealership/mechanics I can trust to take care of my vehicles.

This is a great place to buy a car- bought mine last year. I went back today as I was having issues with my tire I was helped by a sales associate-melvin and the GM Sunny both were super nice and took care of everything for me promptly without issue. Thank you!

Me my husband visit nissan and buy path finder our sale pesron "JP BORJA" he is so awesome���� he is very accomodating����.i can say i experience a high excellent service .all our question has been answer .we love the car that we buy my kids loves it so much. Living in Canada I have become accustomed to mediocre to bad service. As a result I am surprised and take notice when I experience excellence in this regard. Now excellent service to me is not simply getting exactly what i expect... I can get that from a vending machine. Relationship building is what I look for and that’s exactly what I got from Rob. I will be back for more of this guy for sure ;)

I had my sunroof on my 17 Murano explode. I contacted Ericksen as I purchased the vehicle from them. They immediately stepped up and provided me with a loaner vehicle while myself and John the service manager were back and forth with Nissan Canada. I was advised by John, Nissan Canada wouldn't cover the cost of the almost $1800 repair. Ericksen again stepped up and agreed to replace the glass at no cost to me. Carrie-Jean and John were excellent and went above and beyond. This is my second vehicle from them and I will be back. Thanks again Ericksen!!!

I casually went in just to spend time with a close friend and the camaraderie alone convinced me that this was the dealership for me to find my first car and my first new car all in one. The customer service everyone displays is excellent and they always seem to go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure your satisfaction in all aspects of the car buying experience. Kudos to my new friend Rob Sebesten for helping me through a tough situation regarding my vehicle.

Brought my 2014 Nissan Murano into the service department this morning and I was treated with nothing but respect from the moment I came in. I believe they were completely up front and honest with the car issues and provided excellent service to try map out a solution. I give great props to Nick and the rest of the staff on a job well done. I will leave the best review rating I can and highly recommend �

I bought a pre-owned Nissan Altima here recently. I am newcomer to Canada and this was my first car purchase ever and a big occasion for me. There was a clear lack of interest in showing options or giving a deal. I needed a car as I had a kid recently and it was winter. The car I finally bought had a crack in bumper (which wasn't shown/seen initially) and when I alerted the sales rep, they tried to wash it off saying it is a pre-owned and that I have already taken delivery and they can't do anything. Similarly they said all oil changes and services was done prior to delivery as per "Go Auto" company policy and now it is not even 2000 KM since delivery and the oil change indicator is showing up. I emailed their customer service and no response.



They said, they'd add $500 to my Go Card and that's not done since almost 2 months. I contacted their "Happy to Help" customer care and they said it's the dealer that has to do and they haven't done yet.



We feel cheated and disappointed with our first ever car purchase in a new country. This kind of dampened our outlook about this city and country, though there are other positives that keep us going here.
