Essentia - Natural Memory Foam Mattresses

Best mattress we've ever owned. Had it for two years now with zero issues... have not noticed any sagging or loss of comfort. It was comfortable right away vs. some of our other mattresses that had long break in periods. Worth the money.

Unless you enjoy being harassed, yelled at, and receiving ZERo information on pricey products that are perhaps really good, I recommend supporting another Essentia location. Staff lack basic customer etiquette, and unethically informed us after our purchase went through they are 100 non-refundable. Understandable, but unethical to do post purchase. Another location will have far more educated staff on their products, and 1000% better service and minus the horrifyingly rude commentary we experienced.

Connie was so good at explaining everything that it was easy to make a decision on which mattress to purchase. We had lots of time - with no pressure - to experience all of the mattresses.

Buyer beware. I purchased a mattress in August for $2500 after a discount.
It took 10 to 12 days to receive. The mattress was too firm for me and quite uncomfortable. If you need a plush mattress, an Essentia will set you back $4,000+. So I decided to return it and began the process on September 1. First, they keep 9% of the regular price, not the sales price, as a "recycling" fee. Even though I was promised an expedited return process, as of October 8, I am still waiting for my reimbursement. I had the mattress less than 1 week in August. So I am financing 2 mattresses at once while Essentia is making a full 45 days interest on my money. Never again.
