Pumps constantly don't work properly. Often does not give receipts. Overall very poorly maintained.

First of all the tims staff was super nice and kind. then when i was ordering my order at tims, my mom went and got a lotto max ticket and there was no one there, i saw the girl before and she had her phone and bathroom keys, and she was there maybe a couple mins and she was still on the phone when she came out. then my mom gave her ticket to the esso staff and she was like "you had to many numbers"(which she didn't) and i asked why, and she said "i don't know, i don't play this. it's i can't control the machine, and i was like try again, and then all of a sudden she started to take change outta the rolls, and said very rudely"I WILL IM DOING SOMETHING" and it took her FOREVER to do it, then it finally work and she was really rude to my mom, so she got mad and said it's not my fault you don't have to be rude to me. THEN SHE SAID THAT IT WAS MY MOMS FAULT !!! very rude and i was there for 15 MINS WHEN IT USALLY TAKES ME 5 MINS !!! very rude and i hope you guys change it.

Self-serve good plays nice help

First off, the two ladies at the Tim's are absolutely fantastic, great coffee and always great service, zero issues with them. But the Esso employees are terrible, they are either talking on their phones, dancing to music, or nowhere to be found. When they are there, their consistently short changing customers, or skimming lotto tickets. Obviously, they've pissed me off enough to write a review.
