Very clean and the camp managers were super friendly.

The group campground is nice. The sites are big. There is a good amount of space and trees between sites.

There is a big fire pit with benches around it in the middle of the group campground. Firewood is included. Each site has a fire pit. There are outhouses at both ends of the campground.

Bring water. There is a hand water pump with a sign that the water is not treated to be drinkable. The sites do not have electricity. Cellular coverage is about a 20 minute drive away.

A very quiet and secluded campground. Wonderful views of mountains and large trees. Each campsite is well sperated and kept very clean. A nice place to come and get away from it all.

Not a terrible place for a quick camping weekend

Great views, nice spots with tons of mature trees. Great hiking trails around. Lots of easier trails for beginners and families too.

Beautiful, secluded campground but sites are tight. Exercise extreme caution on the road in - there are tight turns and steep hills on the narrow road.

This camp site is very unique, being on a creek and secluded it's very nice. Defiantly a place to go to get away from it all! NO CELLPHONE reception and almost totally off grid! It's only a shame there are not more sites to choose from when you just drop in and register.

The staff was helpful with firewood ($10 a bundle) and made sure the info on registration was correct (scrutiny). I guess they have issues with people self registering...

It's a little over the top since there are only 6 sites you can book by drop in. The drop in area is nice but has a lot of dead trees from spring flooding or tree killing bugs... there is less privacy in the booked areas because all the trees are bare on the bottoms of the trees and sites are exposed. Maybe not the best camp ground to go if your looking for a private weekend getaway.

Other campers were quiet and respectful when we were there. It's nice to find a spot that is not overly noisy and a bunch of party goers. It was also nice that they didn't bother you about pit times and putting your fire out at a crazy time.

If your going here prep for it, nothing close by. Not even a match!

Park attendants on site were nice, I can see how some may think they were a little forward, some people need that reminder to respect other campers...

Oh and remember it's BEAR country!

Happy Camping!

Reserved camp sites are more private than first come sites. Gorgeous area, and there are some trails.
