Just purchased a home through Excel Homes. Doug in Mahogany was very accommodating and really guided us through this process. I felt comfortable with every step and was happy with the purchase. We were considering multiple builders in the area but Doug's expertise and friendliness helped solidify our choice.

We recently moved into our new Excel Home and words cannot express how easy, convenient, considerate, and fantastic our experience was with the Excel Team in Hillcrest! From our incredible Sales Associate Jamie, to the Area Manager David, and the Office Administrator Kim each person made our experience spectacular and special. Jamie helped us find the perfect home that we were looking for and went out of her way to make sure we received exactly what we wanted in our new home. During the decision making process she gave us very valuable suggestions with selections that helped give additional perspective on choices that would compliment our home as well as our personal style. The Hillcrest Sales team exhibits great focus on customer service, quality, and a positive customer experience, and Jamie is an associate that exudes this quality. Once the building started, the whole process felt so stress free and everything was taken care of with great consideration of our requests. We were completely blown away by our Site Supervisor Jason. He always made sure to check in with us and he is such a truly genuine person, always making us feel comfortable and you can really tell he truly cares about his clients. Jason and his team take great pride in their work, and that is shown in the quality of work they placed in our home. If there were ever any issues they were promptly addressed and we were always informed which made us feel comfortable and a part of the process. There are so many other amazing team members, like Nathan who oversaw the building process and Jerry who managed Quality Care. Thank you so much to the entire Excel Team for giving us such a fantastic experience through this entire process. You made the journey of us building our first home so memorable and such a positive experience. We love our new home and we will be forever grateful for all that you have done for us. My husband and I recently purchased a home through Excel. What we enjoyed most about the building process is how stress-free it really was! Having a predetermined colour template was very helpful. We made all our selections with our sales rep during one evening appointment. We are happy with the look of our new home and the quality of the finishings. A special thanks to Doug and Faryn our sales associates in Mahogany for all their help along the way!

We recently stared the process to build in Mahogany and have had such a great experience! From the show home, to the selections and the realistic payment options- everything has been easy and we never felt pressured. We just moved into to our new home in Sunset Ridge in Cochrane. Angela's level of customer service was top notch. She was always quick to return our phone calls and was always willing to answer all of our questions (sometimes the same ones over and over) whenever we came by the show home. We received weekly updates which made the process so much more bearable for my husband who had a difficult time leaving the build to the professionals. There were a couple of times that Angela went above and beyond to put our minds at ease throughout the process. If we were just rating Angela, this would be a 5 star rating for sure. Our home was completed on schedule and it was wonderful to be in before Christmas. We would have liked to have been able to customize our build a little bit more, such as being able to install engineered hardwood on the second level rather than carpet and a second window in the basement. After a few days in the house we are noticing a few issues that will be addressed quickly, we have no doubt. Everyone that we have worked with at Excel has been very accommodating. We would recommend Excel Homes.

With Excel Homes, you are able to choose your options and upgrades at the show home, making the process a lot simpler and less stressful. It provides the buyer with the ability to determine the price of your new home up front. Angela has been spectacular and we are very grateful to have her helping us. We love our new Excel build in Sunset Ridge! The sales team was amazing! We have been especially happy with Kathy and Angela. Even though Kathy had to transition us to a new sales team, and eventually to Angela, we were never left in the dark and any issues we had were always addressed quickly and to satisfaction. The construction team with Excel is amazing. They got us into our home earlier than we ever expected and they have been nothing but accommodating. Nathan is so approachable and makes the building process feel so personalized. We have had zero issues so far with our home, and we could not be happier!
