My wife and I decided to have her engagement and wedding ring redesigned. A friend of ours highly recommended Executive Diamond and we couldn't be more pleased with our decision. My wife met with Garry and was so impressed with his expertise and knowledge. He took time with her to create exactly what she was looking for, a unique one of a kind piece. Garry made a design by incorporating all of her diamonds from both rings into a exquisite one piece and we are both so happy. Garry took the time to explain the entire process to her and we were involved with every step, from the sketch, the mold and then the final piece. Garry made us feel so at ease and we knew we would not be disappointed, we cannot say enough how impressed we are. We also highly recommend Executive Diamond Services!!!

I was lucky enough to be contacted by Executive Diamonds when I unfortunately lost my first engagement ring. Janis assisted me through the entire process and made the experience of designing a new ring easy, fun and insightful. I couldn’t be happier with my new ring! I feel so special that my fiancé and I were able to design a ring that no one else has and that did not just come off a production line.

My only negative remark, and it has absolutely nothing to do with the end product, is that the ring boxes you receive are very poor quality. I have actually had to go back twice to get a new ring box as they consistently fall apart. After my last one broke, I ended up just using an old ring box I had.

My fiance had Selena design a custom engagement ring. The ring is absolutely perfect and exactly what I was looking for! Selena is such a great person to deal and we would recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing design and an even more amazing person helping you. We will be back for wedding bands soon :)

I am very impressed with this company! I found them by googling and reading reviews... I took my engagement ring and band in a few months ago to get it sized and appraised. About a month and a half later one of the smaller stones fell out. It's a hard situation as there hadn't been any issues with my ring (about a year old) before this... but we couldn't be sure it happened because of the work done either. Executive Diamond Services was extremely accommodating and offered to cover a large portion of the costs to repair the ring. It's rare to find a company who will do this despite not being able to prove how it happened. It's hard to trust anyone with your special ring.... they made it easy. So darn impressed with their service level!!!! Highly recommend!!!

Janis was fantastic. My wifes heirloom ring that belonged to my grandmother lost its marquis diamond during our move. It was insured and my insurance company selected these guys as a preferred merchant. I can see why. I got called the same day I made my claim and they emailed me the waybill for shipping that same day. I received regular updates and the diamond was replaced and sent back within a week. Not only was the diamond of higher clarity and size, the way the ring was refinished was amazing. Extraordinary value. They went above and beyond to make this experience worth it. An impromptu review to Cooperators for selecting these guys as well. Insure your jewelry with them. You can't go wrong.

Extremely knowledgeable staff. Everyone had the best customer service. My rings actually fit now and the corrected some mistakes that were made where I previously had work done on the rings. I would recommend to family and friends any day!!

I visited Executive Diamond Services approximately 2 years ago, when they were still at the other location. l kept on bouncing back an idea of getting something designed, at that time it was a pair of earrings.
I changed my mind and then started thinking about a pendant, so in November 2016 Tracey and l bounced ideas back and forth, and finally in March it was complete. (only took that long because l changed my mind on the design)
Everyone there worked many hours in trying to figure out exactly what l wanted… ALOT of time and energy was given by them in order to make me happy. The outcome was unbelievable. As you can see below.
There is no other place l would rather get things designed, the professionalism and patience of every staff member went above and beyond my expectations. You will never find another Jeweller who cares more about customer service and quality of their workmanship. Thank you to Tracey and Garry and anyone else involved in making this stunning piece.
