It was a rainy 15th of June when Team Couples’ Retreat came in and played two of our escape rooms. Alex and Candice tried out EXIT Edmonton Escape on Whyte for the first time, playing Clinic and then Redemption. Luckily, the couple made it out of both rooms with 8 minutes and 49 seconds to spare in Clinic and a minute and 3 seconds to spare in Redemption. Is it safe to say that a strong marriage is the key to success? It might be!
This was their first time trying our escape r...ooms out, but they’ve played three other ones before bringing their total number of escape rooms played to 5 before the end of the day. When we asked them for any tips or strategies, their tip was to use hints only after exhausting all other options and to check every cabinet and item with a handle. When we asked them to describe themselves as an animal in an escape rooms, they wholesomely referred to themselves as puppies getting excited with every new thing they found. Speaking of wholesome, when we asked them who in history (alive or dead) they’d like to play an escape room with, Candice chose her husband! How adorable! We hope we see their beautiful teamwork in one of other escape rooms sometime soon.

This place is AMAZING! My boyfriend (now Fiancé) proposed to me in one of their rooms. Of course I didnt know it at the time, but they worked with him to get everything perfect and even ran in during the last clue to get amazing photos of my suprised face during the proposal �. In regards to the actual room, it was pretty cool! Interesting theme and all the decorations really helped the room come alive.

Thank you very much to Exit for a fantastic day! Our group made use of the private boardroom to gather and celebrate a surprise birthday, and it was a perfect spot to relax and chat before we jumped into our Escape room. The Escape room was a tonne of fun, a first for a few of us, and our group had a blast working it through. The staff was absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful both in arranging the event and throughout our time there. Will definitely recommend Exit to friends, family and everyone! See you again soon, Exit! :)

Thank you to Exit staff for helping to make the Bridal shower we had at Exit successful. Everyone had a blast in the Escape room and the board room was perfect for a small group get together. The Escape room was a first for many of us and it was tons of fun!

Myself and a group of friends came to do EXIT to do Division 37 yesterday and it was awesome. We had an absolute blast.

A few of us have done escape rooms at other places and were left unfulfilled. Having an hour to complete the room is a big reason we came here. Most places give only 45 minutes and for the price of admission those extra 15 minutes are gold. I really enjoyed the fact that you have to earn your hints by finding them throughout the game. I also enjoyed the fact that unlike some places where you have to do something or move something to flip a hidden switch, EXIT's games are all different types of locks to open and keypad related.

Staff were awesome. They explained the backstory of our room and gave us precise and clear instructions. A big plus for me was that we got to put our belongings in medium sized lockers. I have been to places where the locker is no taller than 6 or 7 inches.

We are already planning our return visit to EXIT in the New Year to try a harder room. I can't say enough how great this experience was. Totally recommend this place to everyone who enjoy escape rooms.

I've been three times now & I enjoy going back or even just walking by and seeing the riddle. Clinic has been my favorite!!

I went with my husband, 2 cousins, aunt and mom and we all loved it! We did the easiest room and still had to use all 3 clues. I like how they were very timely in running down to our room and providing us with a useful clue.We all had a blast and can't wait to do another. I liked how the room was so clean, the key pads and some locks had labels to help guide you and that they gave a run down on how the key pads and locks worked. We struggled with sharing 3 flashlights and working in such low light but I think it went with the theme well. I was impressed that all the technology worked so well too as I've been to other places where things were broken or didn't work. Aberdeen and zoe were the people we dealt with the most and they were so friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back!

I went here last night for my birthday and we did the clinic room, it was awesome, way better than I was expecting and I'm pretty sure I have a new obsession now � I will definitely be coming back and recommending exit to everyone I know. �

Have been here twice and have been equally as impressed each time! We have done Redemption and The Clinic, both were incredible. The staff are so helpful and friendly and really make the experience even better. Would recommend these rooms to anyone!

Had such a great time today! The staff was great and gave very good hints (of which we needed a lot). Our room had lots of doors which made it a lot of fun. Will be back for sure

Had an awesome experience at exit escape room. Was my first time ever and had a blast went on my birthday with my bf and his brother we did the clinic room. Didn't get all the way through but I highly recommend this place. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Thanks for such a great experience for my first time doing an escape room.

Exit was amazing. Did clinic and redemption with the wife. Well thought out. The puzzles didn’t take away from the story/theme of the room. Best we have done in Edmonton so far.

Exit is great! Good themes, fun rooms and a pretty good balance of types. I always look forward to coming back. The staff is super good and very quick when you need hints so that you don’t burn valuable time!

Came here with just my fiancée! It was such a great experience! The staff were very attentive which was nice and the room itself was a good amount of difficulty!!

Came from Grande Prairie on October 28th (pub crawl night) and did both the Clinic and that Catacomb rooms with my husband and another couple. Rooms were put together so well and had so much detail but those didn't take away from the well thought out puzzles. We completed and escaped both rooms only using one hint for each room but each time we had the right idea for the puzzle. Staff was super friendly and very accommodating especially with me having to use a cane. We will definitely be returning in the future and will be telling all our friends about this establishment. You guys were easily a 10 but had to give you a 5 star because FB apparently only goes that high lol. Thanks so much again!!!! Loved it!

Best escape room ever! Did division 37 and medieval so far and had an absolute blast with both. Will be coming back here to finish off all of the other rooms. I hope they will come out with different ones soon. I absolutely love the difficulty of them too. Much much better than Smartypantz!

We left feeling generally disappointed. After having had previous good experiences at this escape location, we were expecting the same. However, it seems staff are disinterested and are looking more to get you in and get you out as quick as they can. If you don't want to be there late, then don't be open late. We won't inconvenience you again by returning.

Aberdeen and zoe were the people we dealt with the most and they were so friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back!

I went here last night for my birthday and we did the clinic room, it was awesome, way better than I was expecting and I'm pretty sure I have a new obsession now � I will definitely be coming back and recommending exit to everyone I know. �

Have been here twice and have been equally as impressed each time! We have done Redemption and The Clinic, both were incredible. The staff are so helpful and friendly and really make the experience even better. Would recommend these rooms to anyone!

Had such a great time today! The staff was great and gave very good hints (of which we needed a lot). Our room had lots of doors which made it a lot of fun. Will be back for sure

Had an awesome experience at exit escape room. Was my first time ever and had a blast went on my birthday with my bf and his brother we did the clinic room. Didn't get all the way through but I highly recommend this place. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Thanks for such a great experience for my first time doing an escape room.

Exit was amazing. Did clinic and redemption with the wife. Well thought out. The puzzles didn’t take away from the story/theme of the room. Best we have done in Edmonton so far.

Exit is great! Good themes, fun rooms and a pretty good balance of types. I always look forward to coming back. The staff is super good and very quick when you need hints so that you don’t burn valuable time!

Came here with just my fiancée! It was such a great experience! The staff were very attentive which was nice and the room itself was a good amount of difficulty!!

Came from Grande Prairie on October 28th (pub crawl night) and did both the Clinic and that Catacomb rooms with my husband and another couple. Rooms were put together so well and had so much detail but those didn't take away from the well thought out puzzles. We completed and escaped both rooms only using one hint for each room but each time we had the right idea for the puzzle. Staff was super friendly and very accommodating especially with me having to use a cane. We will definitely be returning in the future and will be telling all our friends about this establishment. You guys were easily a 10 but had to give you a 5 star because FB apparently only goes that high lol. Thanks so much again!!!! Loved it!

Best escape room ever! Did division 37 and medieval so far and had an absolute blast with both. Will be coming back here to finish off all of the other rooms. I hope they will come out with different ones soon. I absolutely love the difficulty of them too. Much much better than Smartypantz!

We left feeling generally disappointed. After having had previous good experiences at this escape location, we were expecting the same. However, it seems staff are disinterested and are looking more to get you in and get you out as quick as they can. If you don't want to be there late, then don't be open late. We won't inconvenience you again by returning.

This was so much fun! We did the Medieval room, but will be back again next week to try another one! Very well done! �

This place is AMAZING! My boyfriend (now Fiancé) proposed to me in one of their rooms. Of course I didnt know it at the time, but they worked with him to get everything perfect and even ran in during the last clue to get amazing photos of my suprised face during the proposal �. In regards to the actual room, it was pretty cool! Interesting theme and all the decorations really helped the room come alive.

Thank you very much to Exit for a fantastic day! Our group made use of the private boardroom to gather and celebrate a surprise birthday, and it was a perfect spot to relax and chat before we jumped into our Escape room. The Escape room was a tonne of fun, a first for a few of us, and our group had a blast working it through. The staff was absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful both in arranging the event and throughout our time there. Will definitely recommend Exit to friends, family and everyone! See you again soon, Exit! :)

Thank you to Exit staff for helping to make the Bridal shower we had at Exit successful. Everyone had a blast in the Escape room and the board room was perfect for a small group get together. The Escape room was a first for many of us and it was tons of fun!

Our group had great time at Exit! The rooms were very well done with well thought out puzzles. The staff were great to work with; clear instructions and guidance before the room and they were super quick to answer hints which is really nice when the clock is ticking! Some of our party didn't show up but our reservation was adjusted with no problem that was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend Exit Edmonton Escape!

Myself and a group of friends came to do EXIT to do Division 37 yesterday and it was awesome. We had an absolute blast.

A few of us have done escape rooms at other places and were left unfulfilled. Having an hour to complete the room is a big reason we came here. Most places give only 45 minutes and for the price of admission those extra 15 minutes are gold. I really enjoyed the fact that you have to earn your hints by finding them throughout the game. I also enjoyed the fact that unlike some places where you have to do something or move something to flip a hidden switch, EXIT's games are all different types of locks to open and keypad related.

Staff were awesome. They explained the backstory of our room and gave us precise and clear instructions. A big plus for me was that we got to put our belongings in medium sized lockers. I have been to places where the locker is no taller than 6 or 7 inches.

We are already planning our return visit to EXIT in the New Year to try a harder room. I can't say enough how great this experience was. Totally recommend this place to everyone who enjoy escape rooms.

I've been three times now & I enjoy going back or even just walking by and seeing the riddle. Clinic has been my favorite!!

I went with my husband, 2 cousins, aunt and mom and we all loved it! We did the easiest room and still had to use all 3 clues. I like how they were very timely in running down to our room and providing us with a useful clue.We all had a blast and can't wait to do another. I liked how the room was so clean, the key pads and some locks had labels to help guide you and that they gave a run down on how the key pads and locks worked. We struggled with sharing 3 flashlights and working in such low light but I think it went with the theme well. I was impressed that all the technology worked so well too as I've been to other places where things were broken or didn't work.
