Nordegg Days is almost here!! August Long weekend! Lots going on, make sure to check it out!!
Fish Lake, just a quick 5 minute drive from us, is a great spot to take off for a paddle! 🚣♀️🚣♂️
These beautiful falls can be found right on the outskirts of Nordegg. Whether you want to take a long walk, a nice bike or a quad ride right from the cabins!
You guys have really thought of everything... what a great place!! The only thing missing is a mini bar...lol!

What great cabins! We were so impressed by the obvious care and attention that went into ensuring that we would have everything we needed for our stay here. Loved the private outdoor fire pit and the cozy indoor wood stove. These are lovely, like new, perfect private cabins from which to see the Nordegg area.
What a treat!! The cabins are very cute & cozy and Jason & Jodi were a pleasure to deal with. Can’t wait to go back!!
We stayed in the Rock this last weekend and it was absolutely amazing. Met our expectations and then some! It’s absolutely cared for and beautiful and stocked with everything you need. From shampoo and conditioner to any cooking utensil you could possibly need. The view is breathtaking and the fact we had our own little outdoor firepit to enjoy was fantastic! Snowshoeing out your back door is a must.
This is our new little piece of heaven and we will definitely be going back...again and again.
We had an awesome time at the cottages! Stayed in the Spoolmak for 3 nights with my family!! It was cozy, clean and stocked with everything you need plus more! Jason the owner was very helpful and courteous! The area is just beautiful and there is so much to do and see close by! I definitely recommend Expanse Cottages and we will be back again for sure!! �

This was our 4th trip to Expanse (we’re trying to lead the league in most stays) and our 3rd in the summer. Jodi and Jason have set up everything perfectly from what is in the cottages to the ultimate privacy and relaxation. Already planning trip #5!!!
The last word in cabin experiences. Jason et al provides everything that you could ever need or want in a getaway. Including but not limited to knowledge, cleanliness, every creature comfort including firewood & a BBQ. This was our 3rd "cabining" experience this year & by far the best.
Stayed at white goat and loved it. So peaceful, clean, and new. Will definitely be back !
Stayed 2 nights and didn't want to leave. Cute little cabins. Very clean. And so peaceful. Loved the private fire pits.
Spent a fabulous few days for a winter get away. Cabins were well appointed and Jason was attentive to every detail. Loved it!!
My other half and I have spent a week out here, and the place is absolutely amazing. Great jump off point for a tons of different adventures year round. We stayed in the Kutenai, and was were pleasantly surprised by how well set up they were. They have thought of everything,
Since we were the only guests during the week, we had tons of privacy. The places are cozy and well decorated, not like other places we have stayed that have had gently used cast off furniture. Gorgeous photos of the area sights and adventure taken by the owner are displayed through out. Do yourself a favor and ask him about them.
My husband and I stayed in Rock Cottage for 2 nights, and we couldn't have dreamed of a more relaxing and comfortable getaway. Jason is a superb host who thinks of everything you might need or want. Thanks for the great stay! I highly recommend Expanse Cottages if you are in the Banff/Jasper area.
My husband & I rented a cabin for 2 days back in August and this place was AMAZING.. He supplied absolutely everything you could even think of (besides food). Also, his customer service was outstanding. My husband and I decided we will be making this trip every summer.
My boyfriend and I had a very nice relaxing quiet weekend here :) the cabin was beautiful and the scenery surrounding. It was nice it was close enough to town to go back and forth when we needed to. I can't wait to go back and bring my daughter with us!! Thank you for a spectacular stay:)
Me and husband rented a cabin for a weekend and we were extremely impressed. We were amazed at everything that is in the cabins! From everything you need in the kitchen, extra blanket and pillows and even towels, shampoo and conditioner in the washroom etc. And the beautiful view outside and the fire place and the BBQ (that comes with everything to use it.) And the cabins are absolutely beautiful! This place is truly above and beyond! We will definitely be going often in the future!! �

I really enjoyed my stay there. I needed some time to recuperate and it gave that. Staff were pleasant. The place was clean and had everything. It felt like home away from home. Perfect get away from the busy city life. I'd definitely be back and recommend my friends to check it out.
