Instruction in beginner and advanced dance!

~Social (beginner) Dance Program~
This program is designed for couples who are interested in learning the types of dances that are done at local community and wedding dances. The program includes dances such as the Two-Step, Fifties Jive, Foxy, Old Time Waltz, Polka, Night Club Jive, Country Two-Step, and Butterfly. Each session of this program takes five weeks to complete and consists of six hours of group instruction in two different dances. About six steps will be covered in each dance. All of the dances are taught at the introductory level. The Social Dance Program is designed for people who have had little, if any, formal dance training and would like to learn enough steps to feel comfortable on the dance floor.

~Ballroom (advanced) Dance Program~
The Ballroom Dance Program is for couples who would like to broaden their dancing experience by learning steps in some of the most popular ballroom dances. We will be offering instruction in dances such as the East Coast Swing, Slow Waltz, Foxtrot, Cha Cha, Rumba, Samba, Tango, Mambo, and Merengue.

You will receive six hours of group instruction and learn five to six steps in each dance over the course of the five-week sessions. The dance steps in this program are aimed mainly at beginner level students, although advanced steps will be taught to couples who have previous experience in these dances.

~Private Lessons~
Private lessons are available for individuals or couples who would like to brush up on their dancing or learn a few more steps in dances that they may already know. Private lessons are great for wedding couples!

~Instructors~
Ron and Merle Howard of Experience Dance in Brooks will be teaching the Social Dance Programs. They hold Bronze Standard, Silver Standard and Bronze Professional Certificates in American style ballroom dancing and have taught social and ballroom dance classes in Brooks and area for over 20 years.

~Cancellation Policy~
Refunds and credits will not normally be granted after the first class in a respective session. Our Social and Ballroom Dance Programs are non-transferrable and must be taken during the time specified.
