This place is extremely unhygienic. They do not sterilize their tools between customers, and when I asked them outright about this the answer was 'We are too busy for that." They are nice people, but the conditions are downright disgusting and my manicure was only mediocre. I'm a typical too-kind Canadian so I stuck out the service, but I have contracted impetigo from a dirty salon in Airdrie before and I was so scared of getting sick that I immediately disinfected myself with a spray I had with me. I don't want to get them in trouble as they are nice people, but I had to notify AB Health, as the state of their bar is unacceptable and they are a health risk.

I wish I could attach pictures of my manicure. I paid $46 for a shellac and my old nail poilish was not properly removed. She said it was because my nails were short. She then proceeded to redo it and do it exactly the same way. She didn't even push back the cuticles and instead just painted on top of them. Very unprofessional and messy work. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Had a mother & daughter pedicure at Expression Nails in Canmore. It was wonderful!! The husband and wife team are Canmore Locals who take pride in their local business. The price was great for a mother daughter package. The Spa was clean, they cleaned out all chairs when done with a client and sanitized all equipment.

I was happy to support Local Canmore families who are running a local business. The cake lady next door was also Amazing and local!!!
