Eyecu Optometry Description

Eye Health:
Learning about your eye health can be complicated - and might even seem overwhelming at first. To simplify things for our patients, we've created our Eye Health Library, a comprehensive library of vision-related information. We invite you to browse through our library to find information that will help you better understand how your vision works, common eye conditions, surgeries and how your vision changes as you age.

Thorough Eye Exams are just the beginning. . .
Comprehensive eye exams for adults and children, co-management of laser vision correction surgery, caring for eye emergencies and so much more. Dr. Taneja-Dhaliwal and Dr. Thind-Gill provide comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages including treatment for a range of conditions including glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, dry eye, cataracts and macular degeneration.

•Comprehensive Eye Exams
Learn more about what problems can be spotted with an eye exam, what’s involved in a comprehensive exam, and special considerations for kids and contacts.

•Pediatric Eye Exams
Early identification of a child's vision problem is crucial.

•Management of Ocular Diseases
Including Glaucoma, Macular Degeneration, and Cataracts.

•Advanced Technology
We use the most up-to-date technology to ensure the best eye care possible. Learn about the different types of tests and equipment you may experience on a visit to our Practice.

•Eye Emergencies (Pink /Red Eyes)
Did you know your optometrist can help you with red eyes, pink eye, or sore eyes, foreign body removal and eye emergencies?

•LASIK & Refractive Surgery Co-Management
If you're ready for an alternative to glasses and /or contacts look to us for co-management of LASIK, cataract, and other ocular surgery.

•Dry Eye Treatment
Dry eyes result from the chronic lack of lubrication and moisture on the surface of the eye, which can cause minor irritations, an inability to wear contact lenses and an increased risk of corneal inflammation and eye infections.

•Low Vision
Low vision is the term used to describe reduced eyesight that cannot be fully corrected with eyeglasses, contact lenses or eye surgery. The primary causes of low vision are eye diseases, but low vision also can be inherited or caused by an eye or brain injury.

•Computer Vision Syndrome
Many individuals experience eye discomfort and vision problems when viewing a computer screen for extended periods.

•Sports and Specialty Eyewear Fitting
Sports eyewear can give you the performance edge you're seeking for just about any sport (tennis, racquetball, etc. ) or recreational activity (hunting, fishing, etc. ). It can also provide the safety and eye protection you need as well.

Our Eye Care Clinic:
Our team of eye doctors and eye care staff are here to care for all of your vision needs. We handle everything from adult and children's eye exams and hard-to-fit contact lenses, to eye emergencies, treatment of eye diseases and co-management of eye surgery such as LASIK.
