Eyesis Eyecare Optometrists

The staff are terrible here! I just called them asking for information and they were so rude. I was in shock. I will never step into this place i hope no one else does and has to go through what i did. Also prices are overly expensive.

Dr. Kam is pretty good and I have been going here for years but unfortunately her front staff are just awful!! They are super rude and view you as nothing but an inconvenience. They have completely butchered my new glasses to the point where I cannot even wear them, however they're so mean that I'm absolutely terrified to go back in and ask them to resize. Nor do I trust them at this point either... time to move on!

I've been a client of Eyesis Eyecare under the care of Dr. Kam Dhiman for the past 24 months. I had recently moved into the neighborhood and decided to make an appointment for my yearly check up. I found Dr Dhiman and the staff to be both helpful and more importantly very thorough. After a comprehensive examination, the Doctor suggested a plan of action that was very helpful in addressing ongoing issues I was having with my eyes. Her guidance and subsequent referrals were preventative and greatly appreciated. I returned to see Dr. Dhiman this past week for my annual check up. Once again the Doctor took time to answer all my questions after the eye examination. I would highly recommend Eyesis Eyecare in Riverbend Plaza. Their level of service was excellent compared to my previous experiences.

Disappointing !
I booked my appointment a week in advance for 12:00 PM.
I asked all the important questions, like do they have a real doctor or only technicians who are performing the eye exam, I was told that they have a doctor on site
They called me up a day before to remind me about the appointment and to be on time.
I was there a couple minutes before, they handed me some forms to fill them out. Did that, was waiting for 10 minutes, one of the assistant ( or cashier ??!!) took me over to the eye exam station and did part of the eye exam with their instruments, “where is the promised doctor ?” I started wondering.
After 15 more minutes of waiting in vain and realizing that they have two more patients waiting for the same eye exam I asked “what’s happening? I had the appointment at 12:00 and I'm still waiting, no doctor saw me yet !! I have other stuff to do, that is why I booked the appointment a week in advance!
“Oh, the doctor is running a little late “.
That is not my problem, call me up ahead of the time or let me know at 12:00 what the situation is. Anyway, pretty disappointed with the service, wasted my time for nothing.

I was very impressed with Dr. Kam Dhiman. She was obviously very knowledgeable, and explained each stage of the exam well and covered topics not previously brought up by other optometrists. Their selection of frames was a little lacking, but I realize this is largely subjective. I will book my next exam here.

I have never had an eye exam, so I finally bit the bullet and made an appointment at the Eyesis in Brentwood. First of all, as a student they offer very affordable pricing. I was blown away that at the university they charge 90 dollars, but across the street at Eyesis, only 65 and they offer direct billing with some insurance companies, while the university does not.
Then, I go in for my actual appointment, and was greeted by very warm receptionists and filled out my paperwork. I had my appointment with Dr Zia who was very kind, and patient with me, as i didn't know what to expect with my first encounter with an optometrist. At the end of the meeting, she answered all my questions, and I definitely had a few. She was very informative and professional, and made me feel at ease in the midst of all the strange equipment and lights that are involved with a routine exam. I will be going back for a dilation exam, and also to purchase my glasses there. Very happy with my experience!
