Great staff and selection. Cash lady with the hat provided exceptional service. She's very polite, helpful and knowledgeable.

This is easily the worst fabric land in the whole city. Their staff are rude and extremely condescending and the store is filthy. Guess what? If you get your wallet stolen like I did, orlose your membership card they make you buy a new one. The woman cutting my fabric actually laughed at me when I got upset.

Never waste your money on this place

A scam that is inter provincial...in both BC and Alberta, after the fabric is cut it's more expensive than the signage because it was "put in the wrong place". What a disgusting business practice. Shame on you Fabricland.

I found the staff very helpful. They helped my kids pick up remants for their projects

Terrible customer service. In the store for an hour and not one person approached to help- Even after multiple questions staff were rude and unapproachable. They Would not make any effort to actually help but would rather chat with colleagues. The blonde girl who I would assume is the manager was especially rude and condecending. Order online or go elsewhere to but them out of business. A complete discrace to retail

Terrible customer service!!! All of the employees are balantly rude and could careless to help you out! Especially one in particular... I visited Northland Fabricland twice this weekend as I am in the midst of a new project, both times I went in there feeling optimistic and left feeling anxious. I will be returning as it is the closest to me and will have zero problem reporting to head office if for the 3rd time I'm treated poorly. Leave your attitude at the door or quit your job!

Pretty much big variety of items to buy, although the quality is not really good. I didn't like the service as well.

Terrible experience at Fabricland Northland Mall. They are arrogent and rude. Came across the city to get a present for my mother. They're selling the same sewing baskets as they have at Fabricland Online, but for $35 more. When I asked the manager about the price difference she said "Did you join our club?" then dismissed me and told me "they have many sizes, you must have looked at the wrong one." Liar. Both boxes had the same measurements, same brand. I tried to ask another employee about it and she ignored me. I'm going to contact their head office.

They are one of the few general fabric stores located in calgary. I am not sure why this listing shows they are located in Budget printing and have tried to have it corrected because they are nowhere near or in or are a printer! They are on the 2nd floor of the mall at the north end of the mall. If you go to the store knowing what you need you will be fine. South store definitely has more selection and square footage.
