I was overcharged $76 at the Mission location (the charge should have been for eyewear $14, not tanning lotion $90). I was told they could not do a refund through the machine and that their Head Office would have to refund me the following business day. It has been 10 days since that happened and I have got nothing but the run around. Isabelle Anderson, the manger at the time said she would get me a cheque and call me - never did. Amy Edwards the new manager said she would call Moneris and call me - never did. In fact, no one has ever called me, I have had to continually call and ask what's happening, I'm pretty sure Amy is now avoiding my calls. IT'S THEFT! Edit: Received money 1 MONTH later.

It's Fabutan so it's kind of always been the same...the beds get 3 ratings, the fact they rarely answer the phone gets 3 ratings but the manager Isabelle is amazing and really educated and passionate about her job and she gets a 5 rating!

I've been to several different Fabutan locations over the years and this one is definitely my favorite. The staff is always cleaning something, and the beds are well maintained. Katie - one of the front desk staff - even went out of her way one evening to figure out an issue with our minutes and had it resolved within 24 hours! They are also under new management so don't pay too much attention to the previously low rated reviews!

One of the better locations: the staff are all really well-trained, everyone is friendly and the place is always clean. They do a great job at handling high volume during the busy times and managing customer expectations, too. It also doesn't hurt that all the girls who work there are super cute - especially Isabelle, whose smile will melt you!
