If I could give this negative stars I would. The last two times I went for a spray tan the machine actually broke while I was naked in it. I was told to go home and shower, and the manager never contacted to me apologize or offer a free tan, or anything. I had to specifically ask to speak with the manager on the phone. Again I was not compensated in any way and was told to go home and that the manager would contact me. Honestly if you're going to spend good money on tanning services I would choose Tan De Soleil or literally any other tanning place. The individuals at Fabutan are unprofessional and will offer no reslution when you are having trouble with their services. It's a piss off, I needed to be spray tanned for my bachelorette and they offered no reslution to help me.

Is 0 stars and option? Poor customer service. Old filthy beds. Fans don't work. Manager is horrible and only cares about her personal phone calls

I'm not one to write poor reviews, but after the terrrible customer service I just received, I felt I had to. I called ahead of time to confirm I would be there for my spray tan and when I showed up 5 minutes late, as I was rushing from work, they gave my spot to a walk in customer with no appointment. I can understand that I should not be late for an appointment, but when I called ahead of time to confirm I'd be there, I think it's pretty ridiculous that they would give my spot to someone who didn't even have an appointment after only 5 minutes...and then on top of that I was greeted with attitude from the girl at the desk who basically told me too bad, I should have been early and now there's no more time available. And I'm leaving for my trip tomorrow... Thanks Fabutan...you'd think you'd be a bit more professional and friendly to a customer you've had for nearly 10 years. Definitely not buying anything else here again.

Everytime I go into Fabutan they ask me 100 questions on how to spell my name yadayada. It basically makes me feel like they don't give a crap about repeat customers. Also like others being asked to "show me your eyewear" is ridiculous. If I choose not to wear it then that's my perogitive. And if your so concerned then provide eyewear like other tanning spots. I just bought minutes to which I will not be using. Also, I went to tan and had tanned yesterday and it was 3 hours off of 24 and they would not allow me to tan. Again, if I'm preparing for a trip I will tan everyday and I'm a grow ass women. It's my damn choice to tan when ever the hell I want. Good luck Fabutan because your business is run very badly and treat clients like kids. I'll go where I can tan as much as I want!!
So frustrating!

99% sure got a kidney infection from this place. As someone who hasn't had any prior experience with tanning this FABUTAN seemed to be extremely unprofessional. There has been a couple times now that they have assigned me a beds that hadn't been cleaned, and when they do clean them they just spray the bed and just wipe it quickly. The beds are old and and small and half of the stereos don't work.
