Staff is wonderful, knowledgable and friendly, beds are top notch and always clean!

Good place to start tanning. Purchase minutes and they never expire. Tanning cream is expensive but probably can purchase it elsewhere for cheaper

I go and see Chelsea for my lashes at this location and the lashes she does are incredible. I get complemented at least once a day on them from my patients at work to waitresses at resteraunts. I drive about half an hour no traffic specifically to see her. On top of it she's a really nice , down to earth girl who listens to me yap my mouth off for the hour or two while I'm laying there lol. If I could give her 10 stars I would ! Also the front end girls are very sweet too.

Courtney is amazing!!! I had a few issues and she tried her best to get them fixed for me! Her customer service is the best I had had at any fabutan yet! I may have just stopped going if it wasn't for her!

I can't give it a five because of the upper management and the way the handle things but Courtney deserves a 10!

Great location, and staff! I usually book ahead, just to be safe.

Waited for a bed to open, no problem, then "Madison" the girl working went to "clean" the room but was in the room for a total of 3 seconds. I asked if she cleaned the room that fast and she said YES! The bed had sweat and finger print streaks all over it. So gross! Super unsanitary and I would have her forednif my choice. It's not hard to clean beds as I worked for fabutan for two years in Kelowna and know cleaning Veda properly is a MUST ! I'll never return here again

You can always get in without an appointment, it's nice and clean and really great staff, the girls at this location are friendly and accommodating. I honestly don't live by this one but prefer going here. I find a lot of locations to be so dirty. I'm assuming the owner of this particular location has proper expectations from their staff. Highly recommend Macleod Trail Fabutan.
