Fabutan / Hush Lash Studio

So far quite happy with this location. Beds aren't the newest / high-tech but they do the trick! Clean and good location. Friendly staff.

I came here for a lash appointment after my appointment at another location was cancelled 3 hours prior to the appointment. Super awesome that they were able to get me in same day. I just got the classic lashes and they still look good, 3 weeks later, even after a weekend of partying and camping at a music festival!

It's Wednesday evening and I'm parked outside the studio 20mins before 9pm. Seeing that this studio seems to always close way earlier than the said closing time, I am disappointed with the business's integrity and I'm inclined to warn people about it. If you guys say you are open to service people at a certain time, then you should stay open until then. I used to work at Fabutan in the south and we knew better than to close almost half an hour before the said times.

Horrible experience. After being falsely sold a product that they had told me was something else. The customer service was one of the worst I have ever seen. When trying to return and explain the detailed situation, I was ignored. And even by the Fabutan head office, I was told I would be receiving a call regarding the situation and never did. HORRIBLE customer service and for this I will not be returning to any fabutans. As I will also be passing this along to my fellow friends who are customers of Fabutan

The staff here are hands down the best Fabutan staff I have dealt with. Always accommodating and friendly. Always able to fit me in. Always letting me know about good products and things to try. I always leave feeling like I learned something. Fix the ventilation and AC and its lovely in there now. Always clean and organized... Love this location. Check them out!!

Overall I really like this studio; the staff are pretty friendly for the most part and always do their best to accommodate my drop ins. I have to give only 3 stars though due to an issue to me that really shouldn't be one: the ventilation (or lack thereof) in the beds. I tan for 25 minutes with tingle lotions, and since their beds are older the fans just don't do anything. They used to have one room with a giant fan, and that was great. Since that fan broke, they have put small table top fans in all the rooms. These fans are not meant or strong enough for tanning beds. I've asked repeatedly (for months now) to have at least one room with a proper fan. One employee suggested I no longer use tingles or tan for less time. I don't think I should have to change my favourite product or tanning habits (I have to tan for this length to achieve a tan) because my studio can't be bothered to put in proper fans. I used to work for The Tanning Depot, their distributor, and a proper foot fan is not expensive. The beds get so hot I have hop out and cool off for a few minutes before I can get back in. It's so uncomfortable. I'll most likely take my money to another tanning salon, I used to enjoy my long tans; now I can't wait to get out of the bed. Come on guys, you're awesome otherwise...
