Favourite tanning salon in Calgary. The owner is very friendly and the staff is always super pleasant and very well educated! The fact that there is a spray tan machine, red light therapy bed & lash extensions is a plus!! I give this salon a 5+

I paid for red light therapy and was told I could red light before a tan. It is recommended to red light before hand as well. Research supports this. I tan because my skin is heavily irritated with a change in seasons. However, the first time I attempt to red light then tan, a week after purchasing a package, I was told the owner won't allow that. No argument or science to back up her decision. Is this her way of ensuring the bed isnt used as much? Is this her way of reducing bulb usage? I dont want to tan a couple of times a week and return on different nights to red light. I didn't purchase the package with this in mind. Live and learn. What a waste of funds. I will use up my minutes, and my partner and I will go elsewhere. Can't wait to go to a nice place. Perhaps somewhere where you are valued and respected.

I'd give 4 stars but I see a lot of people giving 1 where they should give 2, so why not.

I like it. The staff I've seen have been friendly, professional. I don't make appointments and just always do walk-in, have never had an issue. Nice beds, comfortable environment. Price is right if you use minutes conservatively as I do.

I've been a loyal customer to this location for over 5 years. The customer service is either really good or really bad depending on the employees working. As of late it's been terrible. I've overheard the girl at the desk make unflattering comments about customers once they head to their bed or leave the facility, I wonder what she says about me once I'm gone. The few times I've shown up for an appointment EARLY I've been spoken to in a condescending and abrasive tone and made to wait even though ALL the beds are empty, I wonder if the owner knows or cares about how often her beds are sitting empty because her employees are incapable/unwilling to manage time and multi task appropriately. I'm tired of fighting for a service that I've already paid for to be provided. Save yourself the hassle and get a bottle of self tanner or cross the parking lot and go to Tan Fx instead.

Stay away! I asked for "natural looking lashes" and what I got made me look like I was wearing a fur coat on my eyes! I said several times that I just wanted to look like I was wearing mascara for my beach trip. She up-sold me to a product that was twice the price, saying it would be the best for what I wanted. I told her I was unhappy with them and she said that was the best she could do. When I went to pay, the machine won't let you pay without giving a tip. I wasted $170 as I came home and took them off the next day!

I really like the staff at this location but I think they deserve a better computer system. It's obviously an issue every time I go in. This time I didn't even have an account apparently, yet the girl was super helpful and understanding. I've also had issues with the beds not working and Courtney who was working at time still managed to keep the busy place running smoothly. The location is obviously making money, so put some of it back into your business before it falls apart.
