They had the parts I needed and talked me through what I needed to do to put my furnace back together. The one part they didn't have their manager found a replacement and sent someone to drop it off to me so I didn't have to make an extra trip.

My air conditioner quit working on the long weekend, my house was getting very uncomfortably hot otherwise we would of waited for a regular service call...after calling 3 company's, Fagnan's was the only company that returned our phone call. They came out and found it wasn't even our air conditioner that was bad it was my 25 year old furnace motor. They replaced my motor and serviced my furnace and air conditioner, To our surprise they didn't even charge us after hours fee. Two very grateful and satisfied customers here.

They came to fix a loud noise on a furnace they installed several years ago. Instead of fixing the part they screwed the old piece back together. It broke again the next day and we have only heard excuses about why they cannot give a date when they can come fix it. Very frustrating to work with.

We have two 28 year old Keep Rite furnaces in our home. In March, one started blowing air intermittently, so I called Fagnan's for repair. The service call cost $155 to reset (not replace) the fan limit switch. The service tech did not check the heat exchangers, but repeatedly warned me that the furnaces should be replaced because they are "past their warranty" and therefore the heat exchangers are more than likely cracked which would result in CO poisoning. He used his CO monitor to test the air in the heating duct and indicated (in writing on my invoice) that he shows a reading of 140ppm. I'm writing this review so that homeowners with older furnaces will not be fooled nor pressured into replacing/purchasing the new high efficiency furnaces.
Call ATCO Gas, they are an independent service provider (not in the business of repair nor sales) and they will check (free of charge) all of the natural gas appliances in your home for proper function. Their service person did a thorough inspection on our furnaces, hot water tanks, gas range and fireplace. His CO monitor indicated that ZERO carbon monoxide is venting into our home from our furnaces and fireplace. The ATCO reading of zero (apparently their CO meters are calibrated daily) contrasts sharply with the 140ppm reading by Fagnan's, which leads me to question if Fagnan's Furnace Services is still interested in providing unbiased service.

Just had Fagnans perform warranty service on our carrier furnace.

Navigating the warranty process from carrier was complex and misleading. Mike from Fagnans explained the warranty steps and associated costs to my satisfaction. (not and easy task)
The workman that performed the work was professional and knowledgeable. He was on time and completed the work in the time line we had discussed.
