We just went to the JPL for spring break. On the way there we hit a bird with our truck. It broke the grill and a radiator hose. The staff at the lodge were incredible! They took our truck to their shop and had it fixed by the time we left- no charge! We would’ve had to have it towed to the nearest town if it wasn’t for their generosity. One employee went above and beyond to entertain our boys when we arrived with a bird stuck in our grill �. Big thanks to Paddy and all the staff for fixing our truck. Excelllent customer service as always!

We have been lucky to stay here many times over the years, either for a conference or Corporate Christmas parties....JPL never disappoints. The customer experience is always over the top and delightful! They really make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The entire staff go out of their way to be friendly and accommodating....well done JPL!

We had an awesome time there. Great place to be. We come from Queensland , Australia , and it’s an awesome place here at Jasper.

We had a bit of a rough start to our 1st anniversary stay due to the heat not working properly in our room in one of the cabins. My husband called the front desk the following morning and they said they could move us into the main lodge. We arrived to switch rooms at the front desk, where we spoke with the delightful Andrea Armstrong of guest services. She was so accommodating and understanding of our situation, it was a breeze to switch over. We ended up getting an upgrade to such a beautiful room and a lovely gift for our anniversary while we were out skating. I was very hesitant of coming back here again after the first night debacle but after the way Andrea handled the situation, we’d be delighted to come back again. Customer service goes a long way and I find it’s less common these days. Thanks Fairmont Jasper for making such a lovely and memorable anniversary for my husband and I!

This property has such character - it’s one in a million! The gardeners cabin is incredible, on a quiet area of the property and great for our family. From the guest rooms to the amenities, the entire property is a treasure.

Still here and having an absolute ball. Went up on the Jasper Skytram today and was in the snow. Our room is super cozy and comfortable and dinner last night at the Moose’s Nook was exceptional! Love this place �

Our experience at the JPL has been remarkable from start to finish. The staff have all gone out of their way to make us feel so special and valued. I scarcely wanted to leave the resort, the atmosphere was so easy and welcoming...like we were long-lost family members visiting from away. This has been a most memorable experience...one which we will treasure. I’m looking forward to returning soon!

My mother and I are currently having an amazing trip here at the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. We are from Calgary and have been to the Fairmont in Banff and Lake Louise; the lodge here at Jasper itself is beautiful but what really makes the experience great are the people. Everyone we have encountered has been wonderful, from the first interaction with Tyler when calling about room reservations to cocktail sampling with Sorab in the Emerald lounge. We will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend staying here!

My friend and I have just spent 4 days on your Spring Swing Golf clinic. Had an awesome time. accommodation was great and all the staff so helpful and friendly. Talon and Troy are amazing. Looking forward to next year.

Loved it here. Had a nice cabin on the lake. Only problem was the lack of eating option. Eating in the hotel is very expensive. Price of breakfast was more than the cost of our fabulous dinner that we had in town. If cheaper hotels can provide free breakfast why can’t expensive hotels?

Love it here. The view amazing. The staff fantastic. Food is delicious. The wild life is out of this world. I will be back.

I absolutely LOVED our visit here. There are no words that can describe how breathtaking the views are. We stayed in one of the private cabins overlooking the gorgeous Jasper Lake. I can’t wait to return someday soon. Definitely one of my number 1 places in the World I have stayed at. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place is just gorgeous. We didn't stay at the hotel. We stayed at the tonquin inn.. Which was ok. But on our last day a local told us to check out JPL and oh my gosh! What a great place to hang out at. We wanted to go up and skate at pyramid lake that sunday but their ice machine broke and everything was closed and we didn't end up doing much during our stay in Jasper until we discovered JPL on monday. I must say that I can't wait for the day we actually have a night stay there... It's just stunning. The skating rink was fun! The staff is great. The food was amazing. Best burger I ever had. It's $$$$ but worth every penny. And the pool was just magical. Especially when the sun is about to go down. I'm sure once I actually stay there the night it will easily get a 5 star. I have gorgeous pictures I'm going to get blown up and framed.

Maybe in summer a cabin is fine but after my husband had broken his wrist in lake Louise it was difficult getting all our winter clothes on just to go to the main building. The food was overly expensive and not a great choice. The staff were very accommodating.

Just stayed 2 Nights At The Fairmont Jasper. Settings quite amazing. Dinner the first night at Orso we had lovely service but the food was only okay for the price point.. Mckenzie was a great waitress! we had a room in the main Lodge with a lovely large balcony overlooking the lake. Overall I felt that the staff was above average.. unfortunately upon checkout I realized later in the day that I had left something behind, when I called the hotel and they checked the room they said no we have nothing. Which means the maid took it and put it in her pocket!!! That part was a bit disappointing but my mistake of course was to leave the item behind. Would have hoped they would have been more honest then they were!!!

All in all was good but few things really bothered me as I’ve always had great stays at JPL . I’d booked for an early check in and arrived at 1pm but didn’t get cabin until 3:45pm . Arrived in the room nice room had to adjust the doors for the privacy slides just routine maintenance . Was only decaf coffee in the room , tile falling off the wall in the shower . Dinner in room was great as was the shuttle and swim . Called for a wood refill at 9 but never came and the wood bin downstairs was empty as well . Called first thing the next morning and complained to front desk and they said sorry and offered complimentary breakfast for us . Nice touch for sure but then when wood did come in the am no kindling or paper so I went and got my own . The 2 beds in the room are super comfortable and the view amazing , the pull out bed on the couch the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept on . All in all it was an ok experience but as I said I’ve had amazing experiences there before and my wife and 3 Boyd had never been there before and wanted them to leave with the same experiences I’ve had but it fell really short and that was hard for me to swallow as I had talked so highly about JPL . Still love your resort but was very disappointed this trip

After staying at other fairmont hotels I expected something amazing , the lake and all nature is breathtaking but the rooms are not at all what I expected , the service at the emerald lounge id the worst! It took more than an hour for them to bring our food, not at all as I tought it would be considering the rate I paid!
