Family and Systemic Constellations is a phenomenal way of reconnecting us to those who gave us life. Without their support, experiences and struggles we wouldn't be here. When all are included - the system is in order, and we regain a strong felt sense in our own bodies enabling us to fully stand in our own place. When all is in order, even the dead exhale.

As an Intuitive Counselor for over 20 years this method allows us to see what we feel but can't express. With the insights from guides and a higher self, doorways are opened allowing us to step through in a supported and safe way. This connects us to our own intuition and knowing, taking away a new sense of trust and self.

I have been a Karuna Reiki Master for over 12 years. When the body is relaxed and connected to an inner peace we lose our emotional fears. With no agenda, I will use meditation and channeling when needed.
