Family Tree Yoga

Drop in outdoor yoga classes for children ages 4 and up. Parents are welcome to join in. Private lessons now available for all ages!

This dynamic practice allows children to explore yoga in a way that is exciting and engaging to the young mind. Parents /Guardians are always welcome to join! As per city guidelines, a maximum of 25 children are allowed in each class, and no more than 50 total participants. Classes are drop in only. I will arrive 20 minutes early for each class to do sign ins. Parents /Guardians are required to stay on the property during class.

Requirement: On your child's first class, please come introduce yourselves! I will have safety waivers printed for parents /guardians to sign. All participants should come with a water bottle, comfortable clothing, and a yoga mat. I do not have mats available for rental, though will be looking in to this in the future. Practicing on the grass is also acceptable!

Location: Tomlinson Park, Terwillegar.

Cost: Classes are being done by donation to the teacher. An average recommended donation would be $5 for one child, or $10 for a whole family.

I, Erin Aberant, am certified to teach through the Sattva School of Yoga. I have attended training sessions through Sattva on the best ways to teach yoga to children. I am very excited to begin my teaching journey, and to share all I have learned with you and your family!
