i swear this is the best pizza place ever! It is close to home and they actually cared to explain everything in detail ( first timer sorry!) and then the food served exactly the way i like it and love the salad and the soup ( my friend's soup!) Don;t regret of going!

We came in with a big party for a birthday celebration; they had a great table set up for us ready right when we arrived. Nice, open atmosphere. Friendly and attentive staff kept our drinks filled and got us all of our appetizers, and pizzas out promptly. Our server was very well organised; stayed on top of everything including some late-shows in our party. Pizza was fantastic, and everyone had a great time!

This place is absolutely amazing! The food is sensational; some of the best pizza I have ever had! The best part is the staff though. My daughter comes here with my mom and/or me every 2nd week, and the staff always remember her and give a friendly hello. Best of is the manager, Brandon!! He remembered my name after 2 months, he always stops to chat, and is SOOO patient with my rather indecisive 7yr old at the gelato cooler! Props to an amazing team, and phenomenal management!

This place has come a long way since new management has come in and turned the place around. Great atmosphere and friendly staff committed to providing great service to their customers. Awesome place that I would highly recommend :)

The manager who looks like Charlie Brown is so friendly! Not very often do managers care so much about every table that comes in. Great food too, yum!

I had the most amazing experience at this restaurant. The food was amazing and the service was exceptional.



I was there with my daughter and I brought the wrong debit card. While I was figuring out my finances the gentleman who was tossing the dough came over to show my daughter how it was done. I tried to explain what was happening and he came back with $50. I immediately started crying because I was so touched by his kindness. The waitress explained that he'd been in similar situations with his Mom. Thank you so much for showing me that there are still good people in the world. Happy Holidays!

The customer service was beyond amazing which you do not get much of anymore. Very engaged in a conversation, made sure I got what I wanted and then some. I tried Famoso for the first time about 2 months ago and now I find myself there often. Great food. Great staff. Polite, helpful and they all made me feel welcome. So happy with my experience at this place and cannot wait to go back! Thank you for the lovely experience to the manager and his staff!

Famoso is always a bumpin environment, the staff is always awesome and the food is amazing. (I recommend spicing up your life with a Vesuvio next time you head in) 10/10 would eat again

We ate here last week for the second time. The first time was when it first opened a couple of years ago and we weren’t impressed. However it redeemed itself last night. The cauliflower pizza was really, really good. My husband also enjoyed his ham, pepperoni and mushroom. The service was excellent.

The appetizers were super salty and so were the pizzas (apparently something went wrong with the tomato sauce). The way our server dealt with the issue was perfect (you rock Kayla), however, I was expecting something more from the manager (considering we had to wait for the new pizzas to arrive a discount would have been great but an apology would have sufficed). Anyway, overall, it was a nice experience. will definitely go back. Ci vediamo!

Well to begin the table was not wiped down before we sat nor after we sat down. Then there was no cuttlery except 1 knife and 5 napkins. The cups for the water were dirty. We had two servers serving us neither of who cared very much about our experience. My mom ordered pesto pasta and the bottom of the plate was covered in oil although the woman who I assume was the manager was kind and had taken it off our bill. Our pizza's were pretty tasty. I asked one of the servers for hot sauce which she forgot so I had to ask a second time after I had eaten half my pizza already. They didn't bring us presets like parmesan or chili flakes which they had brought out to other tables. Then my mother who is handicapped used their washroom but there was no soap in the dispenser so when we were finished I told the manager then I went into the ladies washroom and there were no paper towels. I wouldn't recommend this to my friends or family and I probably wouldn't return. Meh.

We have been sitting waiting for our food for over an hour. We watched two tables come and go before receiving our meals. When we inquired about the wait, we were told it was because we ordered an appetizer. Good food, but lame excuses for terrible service. A disappointing date night.

One of the worst dining experiences we've had yet, my friend and I were in last night around 10pm and our server did nothing but rush us ( I'm assuming just so she could go home, didn't catch her name blondish hair/glasses) she was very short with us while we were ordering and to be honest we've never felt more uncomfortable at a restaurant before. We will give credit when due the food was amazing as always and great quality but needless to say we will be going to another location next time.

I'm usually a fan of Famoso! However our order just came via the skip dishes app...sandwich was ok but the pizza my boyfriend ordered was unbelievably soggy! It was too soggy to eat or enjoy. So it was just such a disappointment to have spent $17 on a pizza only to have it go straight into the trash. :( I'm not sure if that's just because it was delivered rather than dined in but regardless, the quality of food should still be somewhat edible. So sad we couldn't enjoy that pizza

So disappointed in the pizza we ordered online tonight, that my husband is driving it back to the restaurant for a refund. One pizza was cold, barely any toppings & not cut into slices at all. The other was small (not close to 7"), and had a black liquorice after taste!?!?!! Not impressed with the food, expected better quality considering the prices charged
