Famoso Neapolitan Pizzeria

Went in today with my husband and three boys for lunch their special for spring break lunch was amazing ended up saving about $30. And the staff was so amazing the boys loved playing with the dough before the meal killed time with 3 ramboncous 8 year old boys!

Such awesome service! Our server Brittany was such a lovely person and took excellent care of us! We’ll definitely visit this location again :)

Skipthedishes wasn't working properly for delivery, so i called the resturaunt to let them know and she just took my order for pick up and gave me %15 off. Always Amazing service and Pizza is always perfect!

I think it’s a very nice restaurant to go to in Sherwood Park! The atmosphere and food were awesome � and the price was good for the two of us!

I love love love famoso Pizzeria in Sherwood Park. The pizza is still my favorite but I sure do enjoy trying all the new stuff on their menu. Been probably 20 times and have not had a bad experience. Love the friends and family special days. How can you go wrong? You just can't!!

My favourite part of it (aside from the food) is that fact that regardless of the location you visit, it all just feels like another extension of the last one you were at - same great food, staff and service.



I found this one to be no exception. We had 2 servers during our visit, and even chatted with the manager (?) at one point, all very friendly and approachable. The decor was older/more rustic-looking than I've seen in others, but it seems like one of the first few locations (hence the old logo on their sign). Still a welcoming and cozy feel to the place, and delicious food. By coincidence, we realized our entire meal was part of the new Fall Menu! 10/10; Would recommend.

Famoso Sherwood Park is a very respectable, professional, and customer service oriented establishment that truly puts the needs of their customers first. Two of my family members have held fundraisers this past year in the Famoso restaurant, and they bent over backwards to help and assist them in anyway they could. Beyond that, they handed out coupons to the customers who supported the fundraiser - what a great way to advertise their restaurant. The food is always wonderful, and plated nicely. The staff are friendly and the facility is clean (bathrooms included). Thumbs up to this restaurant, the staff, and the management.

Excellent service, very friendly staff. I eat here with one of my girls for lunch on a fairly regular basis because of the great lunch specials. Their caesar salad and ham and pineapple pizza is the best!!

Chicken & pineapple...sooo good!!!! Sweet BBQ chicken and make your own choice is perfect for my fussy husband ����lol

I live 3 hours from Edmonton and was near here when some one hit my SUV. Found myself with no vehicle and a 3 hour wait for someone to come get me. I asked if I could wait here. They were so nice asking if I was ok. I had ordered some food and when I went to pay the bill they said it was on them.

Best family restaurant in sherwood park. Food is amazing. They even bring out pizza dough for the kiddos to play with while they wait for food. Love it there. Will be back.

Awesome food, service was great. Was busy but did not wait too long to be seated. My kids loved playing with the dough and forgot about hungry they were. Did not wait too long for our food. Will definitely visit again.

Amazing service and atmosphere. From the mangers to the servers. Very pleased with our experience. We will continue making the drive to this famoso' rather then the one closest to where we live because of the service we receive.

Absolutely the best pizza hands down. Recommend anyone who enjoys an authentic style pizza to come try Famoso! You'll be thankful you did.

We were the second table to be occupied out of the whole restaurant. Our food took an hour to come out, with people entering ordering, being served and leaving before we even ate and the waitress brought out another dish we did not order. In the end, she over charged our friends bill for the food we did not order. I understand if the kitchen is understaffed or something, but we were given no explanation or apologies for the ridiculous wait or errors. In the end, we paid for the additional food because we did not want to wait another 10 minutes to get the correct bill and our children had had enough.

Tried ordering a gluten free pizza and was told there is wheat in the dough. I explained it cannot be classed as gluten free if it has wheat in it and I was told several times that wheat and gluten are different things.

Gluten is found in wheat, rye and barley. This means that while all foods that contain wheat also contain gluten, not all gluten comes from wheat. Wheat has a much higher content of gluten than rye and barley.

I should not have to try and explain this to a food establishment
