Over time, wear and tear can make your diamondŌĆÖs setting unstable and you could risk damaging your diamond or even losing it. Worn out prongs could mean your diamond falls out ŌĆō and regula...r inspections can prevent you losing your diamond! Appointments are not needed to have your ring cleaned and inspected, so be sure to STOP BY TODAY
Ō¢ĀŌ¢Ā To clean your ring at home:
ŌŚÅ Mix two parts hot tap water, one part ammonia* in a small container. ŌŚÅ Drop the ring entirely in to the water/ammonia solution and let it soak for a few minutes. ŌŚÅ Using a soft bristled brush (like a toothbrush), lightly brush your ring, removing the dirt and grime around the diamond. ŌŚÅ If desired or still grimy, let the diamond soak longer in the water/ammonia solution. Rinse the ring with warm water and pat it dry using a soft cloth. Ō¢ĀŌ¢Ā If you do not have ammonia, Windex/Mr. Clean/Simple Green may be substituted.

They fixed my past present future ring I received on my 10th anniversary when for some reason was too tight(. Age has nothing to do with it lol). They fixed my Solitaire because my claws were to small for the safety of my diamond and added some gold dots in the band from keeping it from turning. After this experience they courtesy and kindness and great work turned into a friendship and that is growing in being part of my tribe! To anyone who would have any other experience I would question their motives behind their words.
