Farm Strong Athletics was born in 2013 in an effort to promote the Sport of Weightlifting and its benefits as a successful training platform for all sports and healthy lifestyle.
Farm Strong services include, but are not limited to: personal program design, full day seminars, workshops, private training sessions, team /group training sessions, as well as corporate training.

The Farm Strong Weightlifting Team was fully established in the Fall of 2014 and the Farm Strong Athletic Development Center officially opened its doors in January 2015. The facility is located in St. Albert (just north of Edmonton) in the Campbell business park off the Anthony Henday. Our facility has 7 fully equipped strength and conditioning stations, as well as a separate area for free weights, cardio machines and a cable strength machine. Farm Strong is also home to one of Edmonton & area's top sports massage therapist, Brock Friesen - Omtf. ca

Farm Strong coaching staff is proud to have a combined 9 national weightlifting titles as well as 3 past Canadian National Team members. Past National and Commonwealth Games coach, Brent Garrett is Farm Strong's Head Weightlifting Coach and guru. Full coaches bios can be found at:
