Come join us at Farout Fitness for a kettle bell class instructed by Carly Lehman!! Kettle bells are a one stop shop for total body strengthening and conditioning with one single tool. Movements are simple and adjustable. No matter your current fitness level, these classes are for everyone! Come on down and join the movement!

This is our favorite piece of equipment!! Not only does it help improve strength, build muscle, and lose weight, it helps you with your actives of daily living! We’ve been squatting since we were babies and it’s the most natural position we can pick. Unfortunately due to our modern world today our natural position has been turned into sitting in chairs or sitting at a desk. ... Squats are one of the biggest bangs for your buck! Helping you strengthen ur entire body, improve bone and joint health, and complete daily activities like trying to carry all your grocery’s in with one trip (you know you do this), shoveling your drive way, or simply just sitting and standing! 🏋🏻♂️🏋🏻♀️
